  While it doesn't dramatically brighten the skin, you can feel a subtle improvement in your complexion

  I don't usually expect hydration from a brightening toner, but this lacks even the moisture I anticipated. No matter how many layers I apply, it feels tight on my dry skin. Even with multiple applications, it only feels slightly sticky on the surface while remaining dry underneath. As someone with dry skin who doesn't mind a rich texture, this sticky feeling without proper hydration is really unpleasant. It's inconvenient to have to use a separate product to compensate for the lack of moisture
