It's inconvenient to have to use a separate product to compensate for the lack of moisture

This water-based toner absorbs quickly and leaves a refreshing feeling. It's almost oil-free, and I found that applying about two layers felt the most comfortable on my skin, rather than using it as an exfoliating toner.

When I use it for a toner pack (I really soak the cotton pad), it dries up in about 5 minutes, so I had to layer on lots of hydration in the serum/essence step.
