It tends to accentuate dead skin cells, even if there's just a tiny bit. While that's a bit disappointing, the price-to-quality ratio is decent enough to keep using it. When applied, the color turns much pinker than it appears in photos.

True to its name, this lipstick has a velvety finish. The color lasts quite well, giving a natural look. It's a great value when you catch it on sale!

Rather than comfortably adhering to the lips, it feels like it's just sitting on top. It transfers easily to cups, which means it lacks staying power and comes off completely on masks.

It's a rosy shade, but more vibrant than a dried rose. It's a great color for daily wear, perfect for a quick dab before heading out. I found it looks lovely as a full lip color too. The quality seems to vary between shades for this lipstick, but this one clumps less than the others.

You can maintain a hydrated look by applying it on matte lips and then topping it with a lip gloss or lip balm.

It's a very distinct pink shade, so I'd recommend it more for winter cool tones rather than summer cool tones
