Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review~ 1. The first thing I noticed after receiving it was that the size is small? I didn't actually purchase it, but the volume seems small compared to the price. 2. As soon as I applied it, a sweet strawberry candy scent came out and the color payoff was a light pink. It feels more like a lip care product than something I would use to add color to my lips. 3. The moisturizing power is the best!! If I apply a generous amount at night and go to sleep, it's like using a sleeping pack - my lips are so soft and supple the next day (my lips are the type that get completely dry in the morning no matter what I use). When I start my makeup, I apply a thin layer and then just lightly wipe it off before putting on my lip color (if you don't wipe it off, the lip color will appear lighter). It applies smoothly and my lips stay moisturized for a long time. 4. The packaging is nice. The opening part is plastic, so it feels good when wiping it and when it touches my lips. 5. Comparing it to the Aritaum Ginger Sugar Lip Mask, the Aritaum one is much thicker in texture and leaves an exfoliated feeling when I wake up in the morning, while this Laneige one absorbs completely like a moisturizing cream. 6. After using it for about a month, my dryness has decreased significantly. Before, when I wore tinted products like Peripera Ink Velvet, it would get messy within a few hours, but now I don't worry as much and can apply it without issue (though I still make sure to reapply the Laneige lip mask in between).
Cons
The disappointing part was the price-to-volume ratio? I don't use a lot at a time, but since it's only 10g, it feels a bit burdensome to purchase directly. But I would still buy it again, haha. Another thing is the packaging is too simple? I'm not sure if this would be a downside for others, but personally I think it would be nice if there were additional design elements.

Pros
This is my first review as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer! I'll try to review it as thoroughly and truthfully as possible. 1. Color I wasn't expecting much color from a lip balm, but when I applied it, it had a light pink color. So I thought, "Oh, this is a colored lip balm," but when I put it on my lips, it went on transparently. The color is there, but it disappears when applied to the lips. 2. Moisturizing The moisturizing is surprisingly good. When you first apply it, it soothes the flaky skin and makes your lips look incredibly glossy and shiny. But it doesn't stay that way forever - after a while, it becomes more natural-looking. And while the longevity is not that strong, I have really dry, flaky lips, and I found that even when I didn't reapply the lip balm throughout the day, my lips didn't get flaky. This is the best part for me! It also works great as an overnight lip mask. 3. Packaging Instead of the tub-like packaging of Vaseline, this one has a squeeze tube with an applicator, which I really like. It's so much more hygienic and you don't get it all over your fingers. 4. Fragrance I'm not very sensitive to fragrances, so I didn't even notice it had a scent. But my friend, who is very sensitive to smells, tried it and said it has a nice rose fragrance. She really liked the scent, which says a lot since she's so picky about fragrances.

1. Moisturizing Longevity The moisturizing is good, but after about 2 hours, the flakiness starts to come back a bit. So you do need to reapply it periodically. And the glossy finish doesn't last that long either. 2. Stickiness It's a bit sticky. When I first tried the glossy product, I thought it looked kind of greasy and like it was all over my lips, but I got used to the glossy look. 3. Applying the Right Amount If you apply too much, it gets really sticky and heavy. Using the applicator to squeeze out just a tiny bit and spread it evenly on the top and bottom lips is the right amount. You have to be careful with the application amount.
Tip
I usually don't wear matte lip products, but I found that if I apply this lip balm first and then the lip product, it doesn't accentuate the flaky skin as much and works really well! Pros
This is my first time trying out the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. I've switched from my usual lip balm to the Laneige one, and I really love the scent and how moisturizing it is. It's great to be able to reapply it throughout the day. I like to wear a tint and then put this on top, and it leaves my lips feeling so soft and smooth. It has a slight pinkish tint, and the amount of product is quite generous. Lately, my lips have been getting flaky and cracked, but using this has really helped prevent that. I'll definitely continue using this regularly going forward.
Cons
The only thing I find slightly inconvenient is that it's in a tube format, but other than that, I don't have any issues with it.

Pros
- Color: Since my lips are rather colorless, I enjoy using tinted lip balms. This product has a subtle pink color that I really like. - Moisturization: I apply it in the evening and find that the moisture lasts until the next morning, so I don't need to reapply it frequently. Lip balms can sometimes exacerbate flaky lips and make them sensitive, but this one doesn't cause any irritation and keeps my lips nicely hydrated. Pros
I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer! The case is a tube type and 10g, and the color is pink. The scent is juicy peach. The color has a slight tint but is pink. The moisturizing power is great and it doesn't feel sticky. You can create a glossy lip look when applied over a tint.
Cons
When I applied it directly on my bare lips, I turned blackish rather than reddish. The tinted lip balms with shade 202 did that to me. I used the Peripera Airy Velvet Memoil, but it got mixed with the tint and became slippery. And the color that didn't used to transfer now gets all over. 1st photo: the case, 2nd photo: the open cap, 3rd photo: bare lips, 4th photo: applied on bare lips, 5th photo: applied over the Airy Velvet Memoil The 4th photo was taken with a filter that matches the color as closely as possible, so the blackening phenomenon couldn't be captured. Please imagine it on a normal person's lips.

🌱Color Payoff When swatched, it looks like a light pink, but when applied, it becomes transparent! I usually apply lip balm and then a tint or lipstick, but I find that having color on the lips at night can be a bit much. This being transparent was great. 🌱Fragrance The subtle sweet strawberry scent is lovely! 🌱Adhesion The product I used before would wipe off easily, so it lacked longevity. But this one held up surprisingly well! 🌱Lasting Power This is along the same lines as adhesion, but I felt like the product absorbed into my lips rather than just wiping off. This level of lasting power is quite good. 🌱Moisturizing After applying this, the unsightly flaky skin on my lips calmed down. As a matte lip enthusiast, this allowed me to apply lipstick without emphasizing the flaky skin. Applying it at night and sleeping in it is great. 🌱Hygiene The tube format makes it easy to use hygienically. 🌱Photos🌱 As you can see in the photos, my lip color looks a bit more vibrant! The side with the product applied looks plumper too! And I didn't even overline my lips, but it turned out this way! Thin lips have been a complex for me, but this has helped resolve that.
