Pros
I was lucky to be selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer for this product! I thought it would have color, but it's almost transparent? The color is very subtle, haha. When applied, it has a nice scent, is moisturizing, and has a moderate glow - it's really great! I even used it at night, and it worked well for removing dead skin in the morning! If you apply it lightly over a matte lipstick, it gives a glossy effect, which I really like.
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing about it - it was just a fairly standard glossy balm, haha.
Tip
You can apply it over matte lipstick to make it glossy! Haha, that's why I use it this way a lot.

Pros
This is my first review as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer! I'll try to review it as thoroughly and truthfully as possible. 1. Color I wasn't expecting much color from a lip balm, but when I applied it, it had a light pink color. So I thought, "Oh, this is a colored lip balm," but when I put it on my lips, it went on transparently. The color is there, but it disappears when applied to the lips. 2. Moisturizing The moisturizing is surprisingly good. When you first apply it, it soothes the flaky skin and makes your lips look incredibly glossy and shiny. But it doesn't stay that way forever - after a while, it becomes more natural-looking. And while the longevity is not that strong, I have really dry, flaky lips, and I found that even when I didn't reapply the lip balm throughout the day, my lips didn't get flaky. This is the best part for me! It also works great as an overnight lip mask. 3. Packaging Instead of the tub-like packaging of Vaseline, this one has a squeeze tube with an applicator, which I really like. It's so much more hygienic and you don't get it all over your fingers. 4. Fragrance I'm not very sensitive to fragrances, so I didn't even notice it had a scent. But my friend, who is very sensitive to smells, tried it and said it has a nice rose fragrance. She really liked the scent, which says a lot since she's so picky about fragrances.
Cons
1. Moisturizing Longevity The moisturizing is good, but after about 2 hours, the flakiness starts to come back a bit. So you do need to reapply it periodically. And the glossy finish doesn't last that long either. 2. Stickiness It's a bit sticky. When I first tried the glossy product, I thought it looked kind of greasy and like it was all over my lips, but I got used to the glossy look. 3. Applying the Right Amount If you apply too much, it gets really sticky and heavy. Using the applicator to squeeze out just a tiny bit and spread it evenly on the top and bottom lips is the right amount. You have to be careful with the application amount.
Tip
I usually don't wear matte lip products, but I found that if I apply this lip balm first and then the lip product, it doesn't accentuate the flaky skin as much and works really well! 🌱Color Payoff When swatched, it looks like a light pink, but when applied, it becomes transparent! I usually apply lip balm and then a tint or lipstick, but I find that having color on the lips at night can be a bit much. This being transparent was great. 🌱Fragrance The subtle sweet strawberry scent is lovely! 🌱Adhesion The product I used before would wipe off easily, so it lacked longevity. But this one held up surprisingly well! 🌱Lasting Power This is along the same lines as adhesion, but I felt like the product absorbed into my lips rather than just wiping off. This level of lasting power is quite good. 🌱Moisturizing After applying this, the unsightly flaky skin on my lips calmed down. As a matte lip enthusiast, this allowed me to apply lipstick without emphasizing the flaky skin. Applying it at night and sleeping in it is great. 🌱Hygiene The tube format makes it easy to use hygienically. 🌱Photos🌱 As you can see in the photos, my lip color looks a bit more vibrant!
