Dry skin lacking hydration / Sensitive / Atopic / Lots of dead skin cells Right after using this product, I was pleased to find my skin felt smooth and my blackheads seemed to disappear. However, the next day, the blackheads resurfaced, indicating that daily use is necessary for effectiveness. As someone with dry skin, I experienced itchiness and deep dryness after use. In my case, I found that using a sebum control product, followed by cleansing oil, and then cleansing foam significantly reduced my blackheads! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAug 30, 2024
It emulsifies well without feeling slippery, giving a thorough cleanse. The cleansing effectiveness is great, and as you massage it in, you can feel the sebum being removed under your fingertips. My eyes sting so badly... I've never experienced eye irritation with any sunscreen or cleansing oil before, but this product made me realize what people mean by 'eye stinging'. It's so painful every time I wash my face, but I've managed to use half the bottle because I didn't want to waste it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 1, 2024
I loved the scent! The cleansing effectiveness is excellent too. Sometimes there are products that feel slippery and leave a residue when rinsed off, but this one doesn't, which I really appreciated! I bought this because it was supposed to be good for removing blackheads, but after using it for over 2 months, I'm not sure if they've disappeared. The blackhead removal aspect is disappointing. Also, I have combination to oily skin, and when I apply this heavy-textured cream, it gives me that itchy feeling like there's hair or fuzz stuck to my face. You know what I mean? I get that sensation after using this, so I can't use it often. There's a cleansing foam that came with this in a set, and that one is seriously amazing... - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 18, 2023
I liked that there was a generous amount and it seemed to remove makeup well! Unfortunately, it really stung my eyes. I usually focus on eye makeup with lots of mascara, so when I concentrated on removing it, my eyes became irritated... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 23, 2023
First off, as a trusted Numbers In product, its cleansing effectiveness is excellent, and it leaves my skin feeling incredibly fresh! However, since switching to this product, my face has been unbearably itchy every evening after cleansing. I'm not sure if it's because of this cleanser, but it's the only thing I've changed in my routine recently. It's so frustrating! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 14, 2023
I have combination skin with lots of blackheads and excess sebum. Cleansing effectiveness: As it's a cleansing oil, this is the most important factor. It's probably the best I've used in terms of cleansing power. Before this, I used the MNG cleansing oil, but even though I wear heavy mascara, that one always left residue behind. With the Numbuzin cleansing oil, everything comes off completely without any leftover makeup. Sebum removal: I'm very thorough during the oil cleansing step, massaging for about 3 minutes with the intention of removing all the sebum. You can feel little sebum granules as you massage. After cleansing, my skin texture feels smoother, less bumpy. Good! It also emulsifies well. Scent: It has a floral fragrance. It stings my eyes a bit... When trying to remove eye makeup, if it gets in your eyes, it's not hellish, but it does sting quite a bit. That's why I took off one star. Try massaging thoroughly for a long time - it's effective for sebum removal! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 17, 2023
The cleansing effectiveness is excellent. When you roll it on, it lifts dead skin cells, so there's no need for a separate exfoliation step. This product alone is sufficient for that purpose. There's a slight stinging sensation in the eyes. Apart from that, the product seems to be good overall. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinNov 8, 2022
I thought this was great and repurchased it three times. But now... I've finally realized it was the cause of my skin blemishes all along! For the past few months, my skin has been getting red and irritated. Everything I applied stung, I got small bumps in various areas, and the skin around my lips turned as red as if I'd eaten something spicy. The area below my lips was incredibly itchy too. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went to a dermatologist who told me my skin barrier was completely damaged. After that, I stopped using all cosmetics for a few weeks, only cleansing with water and using a cream from the dermatologist. My skin almost completely healed. Then, one day, I wore makeup and used this cleansing oil to remove it. The very next day, my skin was a mess again! Until then, I thought the problem was with my makeup. But last week and yesterday, I used this product on bare skin to dissolve sebum, and each time I used it, my skin freaked out. I'm honestly speechless... It's not a problem with my cleansing technique. I was so worried about that, I watched over a dozen YouTube videos to make sure I was doing it right. I cleansed exactly as recommended... It seems to work well for some people, but why does my skin react this way? Try a sample before buying the full size. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 15, 2022
The cleansing effectiveness was good, but unfortunately it didn't suit my skin. At first, it felt a bit tingling, but later tiny blemishes appeared all over, making my face incredibly itchy. My skin completely broke out... It was really disappointing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 7, 2022
Emulsifies well Not slippery Moisturizing Removes easily (even mascara) Doesn't cause blemishes Slight stinging when opening eyes You might wonder why you need to open your eyes, but... You have to open them to turn on the faucet! Face feels warm... why? As it warmed up, it felt a bit itchy. No blemishes appeared, but... it just felt a bit off Bought it as a 1+1 deal during a sale Not bad if you can get it cheap Not sure if it's as good as YouTubers make it out to be Switched from Hada Labo because it's Japanese Personally, I prefer Hada Labo... it didn't sting my eyes
