It felt lighter compared to others, and in my opinion, it was quite effective at removing blackheads. I can't really think of any downsides. However, I personally don't like the slightly slippery feeling after using oil-based products. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 2, 2024
Removes makeup effectively Excellent cleansing effectiveness Washes off cosmetics well Really good stuff Stings if it gets in your eyes Feels a bit slippery Not bad overall, just be careful not to get it in your eyes! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinDec 25, 2023
I've settled on this cleansing oil as my go-to. It really removes makeup effectively. There's a slightly slippery residue left behind, so a second cleanse is absolutely necessary. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 5, 2023
I thought an oil-based product wouldn't be good for oily skin, but as someone with oily skin prone to deep dryness, I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't cause any tightness, and it actually works well! After washing, there's a slightly slippery feeling when you touch your skin that's hard to ignore. If you're using this product, it's essential to follow up with a second cleanse. I highly recommend the Number Zero 2 foam cleanser! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 28, 2023
⭐ Cleansing effectiveness It removes makeup well, making it a solid choice for everyday use. ⭐ Texture Unlike some oil cleansers that can feel heavy, this one has a pleasantly light consistency. ⭐ Texture Even after emulsifying and rinsing thoroughly, it leaves a slippery feeling as if it wasn't washed off properly. ⭐ Blackhead removal It doesn't effectively remove blackheads or sebum... ⭐ Blemishes Unlike other oils I've used, this one seems to be causing breakouts. It's making me reconsider whether oil cleansers are suitable for my skin at all. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 19, 2023
Let me summarize the key points for you: 1. It cleanses effectively (removes makeup well). 2. The ingredients are good. 3. It's lightweight and non-sticky (has a thin consistency). 4. It smooths out dead skin cells and improves skin texture. 1. During the emulsification process, unlike other cleansing oils where you can casually splash water, this one requires careful application of small amounts of water to emulsify properly. Even then, it leaves a slippery feeling on the skin. 2. When I use it for simple eye makeup removal without a separate remover, even the tiniest amount causes a severe burning sensation in my eyes. (I can't keep my eyes tightly shut as that would prevent removing the makeup, but when I open them slightly, even the small amount that gets in is extremely irritating.) During the emulsification process, I found that wetting my hands, shaking off excess water, then gently sweeping across my face before emulsifying helped prevent any slippery residue. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 11, 2022
I bought this because it's super famous and everyone said it was great... When I used it while my skin was in top condition, it was fine for about a week. But as summer came and my skin barrier seemed to weaken, every time I used it, I felt a slight tingling sensation. After washing, my face would turn red. Now my skin has completely flipped out. At first, I thought it might be due to my upcoming period since it didn't happen initially, but seeing how my skin improves when I use other products, I think it's definitely because of this one... I wish I had just stuck with my usual MNGJ... Even my mom, who has steel-like skin, says she's getting small blemishes... I have so much of it left... The emulsion doesn't blend well at all. Even after washing it off, there's this slippery feeling... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 10, 2022
This oil cleanser is incredibly lightweight, removes makeup effectively, and emulsifies well - I'm really satisfied with it! For areas with more sebum like the nose and under the chin, I gently massage a bit more. Among the oil cleansers I've tried, this one has the best cleansing power and emulsifies the most smoothly. It removes mascara in a flash! I've used the Manyo Factory oil too, which is good, but this one removes makeup faster and more thoroughly. I've settled on Numbuzin for my oil cleanser after trying many others. I stock up on the large size whenever it's on sale at Olive Young. As someone who finds cleansing really bothersome, I love how quickly I can finish with this product. It's great for its cleansing effectiveness rather than sebum control. Of course, I notice sebum build-up when I stop using it, but I feel that's similar with other oil cleansers, so it's not particularly special in that regard. The brand claims you only need to cleanse once with this, and while it does emulsify well, I always feel a slight slickness on my skin even after rinsing thoroughly with water. So, I always follow up with a second cleanse. Also, it can be a bit irritating if it gets in your eyes, though it's not too severe! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 30, 2022
I don't wear makeup often, so I bought this smaller size when it was on sale at Olive Young. To be honest, I can't think of any particular positives about it. First off, after using it once, my vision became incredibly blurry and I could feel the irritation in my eyes. It was extremely slippery, so even after washing my face, I had to do a second cleanse with a foam cleanser. Even then, I had to wipe off the remaining slickness, making it a tedious process of multiple cleansings. All this extra washing seemed to irritate my skin as well. Well... those who find it suitable for their skin can use it, but if it doesn't work for you like it didn't for me, try something else. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 11, 2021
This was my first time trying a cleansing oil, and I'm happy to report no blemishes appeared. I also loved that you can lock the pump by turning it sideways. Since it was my first time using an oil cleanser, I might not be used to it, but I found the slippery feeling after washing my face a bit bothersome.
