Pros
I think I've used more than five tubes of this product. While using this along with the gel cream, I hardly had any breakouts and my skin always felt comfortable.

There was a time when my skin went through a sort of 'skin turnover' after a trip abroad, and I applied the ointment prescribed by the dermatologist along with using this product as usual. But overnight, my face became itchy and irritated, and my skin condition worsened significantly. I'm not sure what the problem was, but I was so scared that I just threw away the remaining product. And while my skin was calming down, I had forgotten that I used to use this product well, and started using other products. Pros
I had a lot of acne since elementary school and was often teased about it, but around my 3rd year of middle school, I found this product and didn't have to worry about acne much anymore. Using it with tea tree oil really helped a lot. I'm now in high school, and because I've been staying home a lot due to COVID-19, I've been lazy about washing my face, so I've developed cystic acne and closed comedones on my forehead. I've started using this product again ㅠㅠ! After applying it consistently in small amounts for a week, my acne has been gradually decreasing!
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing. My skin is combination, but on the drier side, so I didn't really worry about it being oily. However, over time, there was a slight itchiness.
Tip
Using this product along with tea tree oil after cleansing is very effective (results may vary). My friend and I have been doing the same routine, and we've both seen good results ㅠㅠ! The good thing was that it wasn't sticky. I purchased the trial kit online, which included a toner, serum, cream, and mask - all at an affordable price. The one that suited me best was the mask (Cica Pair Calming Serum), and the mask was really good.
Cons
Whenever I use cosmetics with fermented ingredients, my skin tends to get a bit itchy. This one also caused some redness and pimple-like bumps right after application. However, the mask itself, which doesn't contain any fermented ingredients, worked really well for me.

Pros
My skin type is combination, with flushed cheeks and small pimples that often appear on my chin. I wrote this review after using a very small sample I received during an Olive Young sale. I'm usually stressed out because of my acne, so I've been looking into the Cica line and have been meaning to try it out. Dr. Jart+ has been advertising a lot, and while the Ceramidin Cream did help with my acne, I found it to be quite moisturizing and liked it, so I decided to give it a try on a whim. The formula is very thin, and it felt quite oily to me. Because of that, I applied it very lightly, but I didn't experience any dryness and it provided a nice, moderate level of moisture. My acne also seemed to calm down a bit.
Cons
From the very first day, my skin around my nose and on my cheeks started to feel slightly itchy. It seemed to get better for a while, but around the third day, I was hit with a barrage of small pimples on my cheeks and chin. 😭😭😭 I immediately stopped using it and am currently in the process of caring for my skin, but I wish I had looked up more reviews before trying it. Even though it was just a tiny sample, it managed to anger my skin, and I ended up throwing it all away. If I had paid for this, it would have been a disaster. 😨

After applying it, in about a minute, my face started to itch, and when I looked in the mirror, my face had become red and irritated. It was painful and itchy. Moisturizing. Applies softly. Recommended for combination/dry skin in spring/fall. Contains blemishes.
Cons
Not suitable for oily skin. I understand why it causes milia. I only recommend it for night care. When applied during the day, it makes my makeup slide off. And I don't know if it's just me, but after a trip to Vietnam, my once-white skin became irritated, red, and suddenly developed blemishes, which is why I bought this. It became itchy...
