Pros
The soothing effect is quick and noticeable! When your skin is super sensitive or flushed, applying this makes it calm down and feel settled in no time. It absorbs beautifully, gliding on with incredible smoothness, and leaves your complexion looking refined. Many reviews mention it balances oil production, but I'm not sure about that. What I do know is that it provides ample hydration, preventing any deep dryness. The best part? It keeps your skin feeling moisturized all day long!
Cons
For those with oily skin, it might feel a bit sticky. As effective as it is, using too much could backfire. When your skin is behaving, it's best to set this aside for a while.
Tip
If you apply it just as you feel a blemish coming on, it can prevent larger breakouts from developing. It's great for prevention!

Pros
This product is fantastic for sensitive and super sensitive skin. It helps to soothe small blemishes and mild redness to some extent. For a serum, it has a slightly heavier, oil-rich texture, almost like an ampoule, making it perfect for seasonal changes or winter use. It provides both hydration and moisturization. The absorbs smoothly and absorbs well into the skin.
Cons
The dropper is too short to reach the bottom of the bottle cleanly. I had to shake it to use all the product. Storing it upside down helps with dispensing. The dropper design is disappointing, and the price is quite steep. Also, it doesn't effectively soothe severe or intense blemishes. Considering the price, its soothing effect is rather weak, unfortunately.
Tip
I really appreciate when cosmetic products come with samples. They're great for traveling, touch-ups, and so convenient to carry around due to their small size. It's quite disappointing that many brands these days don't include samples anymore.

It absorbs well, provides just the right amount of moisture, doesn't seem to cause any blemishes, and offers good hydration - exactly what I've been looking for

Pros
The soothing effect is outstanding, and it really helps with deep dryness. I've tried all the products known for calming the skin, but this one has been the most effective by far.
Cons
Those with extremely dry skin might find it a bit lacking in moisture when used during winter months.

Pros
This was my first time trying this serum, and I was impressed by its hydrating effects and many other benefits!
Cons
I experienced no issues with the application or any blemishes, and honestly, I can't think of any downsides!

Pros
First off, this serum was a perfect match for my sensitive, blemish-prone skin. Before using this serum, I always disliked stickiness and used watery toner-like serums. When I started using this product, initially there was a significant increase in oiliness after application. However, since it didn't worsen my blemishes, I continued using it. As I kept using it, the greasiness gradually disappeared, and the deep dryness vanished. I noticed my skin was absorbing more of the product! It balanced my oil and moisture levels. Rather than feeling like it improved blemishes, it was more effective in calming redness. I believe if you keep using it, you'll start to see noticeable changes!
Cons
The main drawback is the price. Also, due to the dropper design, it's disappointing that you can't use every last drop cleanly.
Tip
If you can give your skin time to adapt, I recommend this for oily skin types! It's also great for dry and combination skin! Those with super sensitive skin should carefully consider using it due to the tea tree ingredient.

Great serum for calming the skin Works well for my combination dehydrated skin, absorbs well without feeling sticky It doesn't evaporate quickly and helps prevent deep dryness I apply it early in my skincare routine, usually after toner and before moisturizer It really seems to soothe and calm my skin effectively
Cons
On the pricey side Admittedly, cica serums tend to be more expensive But this one does offer good value for the price
Tip
You might see even better results if you use it earlier in your skincare routine

Pros
I bought this because my skin was sensitive, red, and tingling. I love how smoothly it applies and how moisturizing it feels. After application, my skin felt more comfortable. The hydration is excellent, making it a product I reach for often. When I'm using vitamin or retinol products and worry about potential irritation, using this alongside them seems to significantly reduce any sensitivity.
Cons
There's nothing I dislike about it. I just hope they don't discontinue it. It would be great if they could increase the volume a bit!
