The cica ingredients provide excellent soothing effects. The ampoule absorbs really well. The price is a bit steep. It's a bit much for regular repurchases... Also, the container is quite inconvenient to use up completely.

It helps to soothe small blemishes and mild redness to some extent. For a serum, it has a slightly heavier, oil-rich texture, almost like an ampoule, making it perfect for seasonal changes or winter use. It provides both hydration and moisturization. The absorbs smoothly and absorbs well into the skin. The dropper is too short to reach the bottom of the bottle cleanly. I had to shake it to use all the product. Storing it upside down helps with dispensing. The dropper design is disappointing, and the price is quite steep. Also, it doesn't effectively soothe severe or intense blemishes. Considering the price, its soothing effect is rather weak, unfortunately. I really appreciate when cosmetic products come with samples. They're great for traveling, touch-ups, and so convenient to carry around due to their small size. This product is great for use without causing blemishes. The serum's viscosity made it easy to apply. I loved how it moisturizes well, absorbs nicely, and doesn't feel sticky. It's disappointing that it's difficult to use up completely. It felt light and pleasant. After applying, my skin did calm down a bit, though I wouldn't say it was dramatically soothed. It was more like a slight improvement. This serum is simply the best out there. Since using it, my skin looks even better than a celebrity's. I've never seen anyone with better skin than mine in my entire life. The price is incredibly steep. To make matters worse, it's now discontinued.
