The formula flows like water, making it easy to distribute evenly and pleasant to use. I expected a deep forest or leafy scent, but it reminds me of a shallow seashore... It's a fragrance I've often encountered at resorts. It's not overly refreshing or cool, but just right. Personally, I really love this scent, so I'm enjoying using it. I thought there wouldn't be any downsides, but when I checked the ingredients on Hwahae... I realized I need to make sure to rinse it out thoroughly. This shampoo has an excellent cooling effect, making it perfect for summer use. It's really good! As the afternoon progresses, it can leave your hair feeling a bit oily. The fragrance is also quite strong.

The cleansing effectiveness is amazing! It keeps my scalp oil-free for a good 3 days. The formula is similar to a low pH shampoo - transparent and thin without silicones, but it lathers well. My scalp doesn't itch, and it controls oil production effectively. It creates a rich lather and has a pleasantly subtle fragrance. Though the scent disappears after rinsing, it adds a bit of volume and works much better than styling shampoos. I find myself reaching for it often. Overall, the user experience is perfect - 5 stars, no complaints whatsoever. However... Looking at the ingredients list is shocking. Especially for someone with atopic skin like me, there are potential allergens and harmful ingredients. Still, when I miss the super cleansing power of a shampoo while using low pH ones regularly, I use this occasionally. It has great cleansing effectiveness and a pleasant, universally appealing scent. Oh my goodness, it caused an incredible amount of blemishes! It must have a lot of harsh ingredients. And I don't even have particularly sensitive skin!

After using it for a while, I noticed some dead skin cells building up. Though I'm not sure if it's due to my scalp condition or the product. I'm prone to blemishes around my neck and hairline, so I always make sure to buy shampoo with good ingredients. I had to purchase this product in a hurry when we had many guests at home. While the ingredient list isn't perfect, it contains cica and madecassoside, which gives me hope that it won't cause irritation. So far, I've been using it without any major skin issues. Despite some reviews saying the cleansing power isn't great, I actually found it to be quite effective! I usually have several shampoos on rotation, using whichever I'm in the mood for, and compared to others, this one's cleansing effectiveness doesn't fall short at all. What's more, after using this shampoo, my hair feels so soft that I don't even need to use conditioner. The fragrance is relatively strong, but it doesn't linger for too long. The scent isn't extraordinarily amazing, but it's not bad either... just middle-of-the-road, I'd say.
