It was nice to see that applying it before bed somewhat brightened my complexion by morning.
ConsHowever, the improvement wasn't as significant as I had hoped, and the product left a sticky residue on my skin after application.

ConsProbably due to the vitamin C, it stings a bit when applied and feels slightly sticky

The hydration seems decent. I'm not sure about its effectiveness on dark spots yet, but I plan to use it consistently.
ConsThe stickiness is excessive. I had to wash it off my neck due to the sticky feeling. I recommend using it only on the face.
TipIt seems to work better when used together with a hydrating moisturizer.

After a while, it feels like your face has a protective coating. It prevents deep dryness and feels great on the skin.
ConsIt's so rich that it feels like you've applied sugar water, which led to a disaster when I accidentally used too much at first. The stickiness was overwhelming when applying. For this price... I think it might be better to try other products.
TipApply only a few drops at a time - use sparingly! If it feels too sticky, try balancing it out with a mist or toner.

If you're expecting something like a hydrating serum, I wouldn't recommend this. The finish is slightly sticky. I'm not sure about its whitening effects either.
ConsThe finish isn't great - you might feel a sticky sensation that some might describe as 'bouncy'. The oily feeling and the warmth you feel when applying make it less than ideal for summer use.

While it's unrealistic to expect dramatic results after just one use, I do feel like my complexion looks a bit more radiant.
ConsWhen first applying, it feels a bit oily. But as you pat it in to absorb, it becomes sticky. I applied it before bed, and it was a mess - my face stuck to the pillow, and my hair got all tangled. The fragrance is also off-putting; it's supposed to be unscented, but there's a strange chemical smell. Even after applying my entire skincare routine and topping it with a sleeping pack, I still woke up feeling dry.

My blemish marks have also reduced. I noticed the difference after just 3 days, and even my husband, who didn't notice at first, started to see the change after 5-7 days! I'm not exaggerating, it really feels amazing!
ConsYou need to shake it before use, but unfortunately, it often bursts when shaken, causing me to waste more than half of the product. They claim to have improved the packaging, but even with the new container, it has burst multiple times, leading to waste. The slight stickiness and scent are a bit disappointing, and it's also difficult to tell when the product has gone bad, which is unfortunate.
TipI used it together with the Laneige Radian-C Cream, and the results were much better!

After realizing that wasn't the right approach, I tried high-end products like SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic and Dr. Different Vitamin C. However, the irritation was out of this world, so I couldn't finish them. Highly functional cosmetics (e.g., retinol, vitamins) based on extensive research and clinical trials actually work. The absorption rate on bare skin varies depending on vitamin concentration (higher concentration doesn't always mean better absorption). When everyone was launching vitamin products, IOPE definitely came out with effective functional products that I'm using well. These days, AmorePacific is doing a great job - their retinol and stem cell ampoules are amazing. It seems they held back intentionally but had to release them due to competition. The absorption is superior to other products. True to its vitamin C lineage, it excels in brightening, wrinkle care, and antioxidant effects. My skin condition has improved. Unlike other products, you don't need to apply just 3-4 drops - you can use it generously.
ConsVitamin products still tend to have a sticky finish. I wish there was a way to fix this. The yellowish formula makes it hard to see if it's oxidizing.
TipApply to clean, bare skin and allow a few minutes for absorption. The dermis is waterproof, so you need to match the concentration and give it time to absorb. I usually wait about 3-5 minutes. It's fine to apply both morning and evening. Store in a cool, dark place with the lid tightly closed.

Many people say it gives an instant glow, but for me, it actually makes my skin feel dry and accentuates my pores. On the bright side, it's more affordable than SkinCeuticals.
ConsIt has the typical stickiness and yellowing effect of Vitamin C products, and it stings more than SkinCeuticals. Every morning when I look in the mirror, I'm surprised by how yellow my face looks. The dropper is too weak, so I always spill a drop or two.
TipAfter cleansing with a low pH cleanser, I apply a generous amount to bare skin. It's best to apply Vitamin C first for better absorption. Since it's recommended to use it within two months, I'm using it liberally. I wait a bit, then gently massage it using a galvanic device on negative ion mode, followed by a hydrating sheet mask with positive ion mode. Finally, I slather on Avène recovery cream before bed.

When I first applied it, there was no tingling sensation, but it felt slightly sticky. As I continued using it, I noticed it could sting a bit depending on my skin condition. It's particularly tingly when I have blemishes or my skin is dry. The most noticeable effect was the improvement in my complexion. While it didn't do much for the dark spots around my eyes, it was great for evening out my overall skin tone. Plus, my skin texture improved, possibly due to increased elasticity.
ConsThe stickiness makes it challenging to use in hot weather. Also, since you shouldn't expose your skin to UV rays after application, you can only use it at night. There's also a concern about oxidation, so you need to use it up quickly. As a result, I end up applying several drops at once, which makes it quite sticky. I saw amazing results with the first bottle, but the noticeable effects decreased with the second and third bottles. At 15ml, the regular price of 50,000 won makes it quite expensive.
TipVitamin-based products work well when used with hydrating products. I found that applying The Vitamin C 23 generously and then immediately following with a hydrating mask allows it to absorb completely without any stickiness. It's much better than using a moisturizer.
