It seems to contain various moisturizing ingredients. As someone with dry skin who usually needs to apply regular hydrating toners two or three times to avoid dryness and tightness after absorption, I was surprised that this toner left my skin feeling comfortable without any tightness after just one application. The texture is slightly similar to that popular large-volume ampoule, but while that one is sticky and slippery, this has a somewhat fresher feel.
ConsAlthough it's unscented, the lack of fragrance is unpleasant. Unlike other fragrance-free products that still have a slight scent from their ingredients, this one has a somewhat musty smell. Also, after using it with a cotton pad, the pad becomes stiff. Update 20190920: Occasionally, I felt a strange burning sensation on my face, as if menthol or mint had been sprinkled on it. This was especially noticeable around my eyes and lips, making me suspect it might be causing irritation. After using only this product, my face would feel hot and slightly swollen, so I stopped using it. Realizing this was the cause, I tried to wash off any residue, but my skin was already so irritated that even water felt burning. There must be an ingredient that doesn't agree with my skin. It's a shame because I liked the texture and moisturizing effect.

That's about all the positives I can say.
ConsThe wide opening makes it easy to spill when applying to a cotton pad. It's a viscous toner that feels smooth at first, but becomes sticky as it dries, which I personally don't prefer. Oddly, it foams when wiping with a cotton pad, making me wonder if it's actually a cleansing product. After using it for a few days, I developed blemishes and felt uncomfortable applying it. I stopped using it, but just now, I tried wiping it on bare skin as an experiment. It removed makeup surprisingly well, and my skin felt fresh even after double cleansing. What's going on?
TipWhile it doesn't suit me, the product itself isn't bad. The cotton pad stays moist for a long time after application. It leaves my hands feeling soft and smooth. It's like that feeling after using an essence-soaked sheet mask - you want to wash your face, but if you don't, it feels heavy and tacky.
