I use Docto every morning and evening for a clean and fresh feeling. I always make sure to keep it on hand. I wish the price was a bit more budget-friendly. I keep it in the bathroom and use Docto right after cleansing. I stock up during the year-end buy-one-get-one-free promotions. - ji*********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 30, 2020
I love the slippery, runny texture - it's just perfect. While it's moisturizing, I actually used it more as a makeup remover on a cotton pad rather than as a toner. It's especially great for removing lip makeup, as it hydrates and softens dead skin cells, making them easier to remove. The result is beautifully moisturized skin. I'm struggling to find anything negative to say... It's just genuinely good, so there are no real downsides. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 21, 2020
I didn't experience any itching while applying it, and the ingredients were great. When you put it on, it feels slightly sticky but moisturizing - perfect for those with dry skin who prefer a richer feel over a clean moisturizing sensation. It's also excellent as an exfoliating toner. I've noticed it helps keep excess oil production at bay. The container is quite bulky, making it inconvenient to use. If you're not careful, a large amount can pour out at once. You need to be cautious every time you use it. Since sunscreen is the final step in my skincare routine, I first cleanse with a foam cleanser, then use this toner twice to wipe my face, and finally apply an emulsion. I love how convenient it is. - mo****Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMay 21, 2020
As a low pH water-based toner without fragrance and composed of gentle ingredients, it worked well for my sensitive and dry skin without causing any blemishes. With glycerin, a moisturizing ingredient, near the top of the ingredient list, it feels heavier and more slippery compared to other water toners, and absorbs a bit slower. Especially when used on skin with accumulated dead skin cells, absorption can be even slower. While it doesn't immediately sink into the skin and creates a slight white foam that sits on top, being a water toner at its core, it leaves the skin feeling hydrated and fresh after absorption. Personally, I prefer low molecular weight hyaluronic acid over glycerin for its better absorption and lasting power among moisturizing ingredients. The slow absorption and slippery texture may take some time to get used to. - qu*********Combination SkinRecommendedApr 8, 2020
It feels rich yet refreshing, leaving my skin hydrated. I keep a stash and even use it in my foam dispenser. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. I'm always repurchasing this product. - al********Combination SkinRecommendedMar 16, 2020
It absorbs well and seems to keep my skin moisturized for a long time, which I really liked. There's not really anything disappointing about it. It's just... perhaps a bit too ordinary? - ip****Dry SkinRecommendedNov 24, 2019
The generous amount allowed me to use it without worry. Though it's liquid, it has a slightly rich texture. It didn't leave my skin feeling dry, which I really appreciated. There's nothing particularly bad about it. It's great and doesn't cause any blemishes. The only thing I'd change is the plastic packaging. It's perfect for the 7-skin method. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 12, 2019
I've been using a hyaluronic acid toner since spring, but when summer came, it didn't absorb well into my skin. So I tried this lighter toner, which worked great as a basic hydrating step. Now that autumn's here and my skin feels drier, I've found it works wonderfully as a toner mask when I soak a cotton pad generously and apply it to my face. While it's fine on most areas, it stings a bit when applied to the philtrum, though this sensation subsides after a while. The bottle design is problematic - it spills excessively when used directly, so transferring it to an empty container is necessary. Although I don't have extremely dry skin, I definitely notice more dryness compared to summer, making this toner more suitable for me during the warmer months only. It's best to transfer the product to an empty bottle for easier use. For those with dry skin, using it as a toner mask can be particularly beneficial. - hw*****Dry SkinSep 13, 2019
When applied to the skin, just one layer is enough to prevent dryness. It seems to contain various moisturizing ingredients. As someone with dry skin who usually needs to apply regular hydrating toners two or three times to avoid dryness and tightness after absorption, I was surprised that this toner left my skin feeling comfortable without any tightness after just one application. The texture is slightly similar to that popular large-volume ampoule, but while that one is sticky and slippery, this has a somewhat fresher feel. Although it's unscented, the lack of fragrance is unpleasant. Unlike other fragrance-free products that still have a slight scent from their ingredients, this one has a somewhat musty smell. Also, after using it with a cotton pad, the pad becomes stiff. Update 20190920: Occasionally, I felt a strange burning sensation on my face, as if menthol or mint had been sprinkled on it. This was especially noticeable around my eyes and lips, making me suspect it might be causing irritation. After using only this product, my face would feel hot and slightly swollen, so I stopped using it. Realizing this was the cause, I tried to wash off any residue, but my skin was already so irritated that even water felt burning. There must be an ingredient that doesn't agree with my skin. It's a shame because I liked the texture and moisturizing effect. - le*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedAug 17, 2019
As someone with sensitive, dry skin, I always look for gentle ingredients when using an exfoliating toner. The Origin toner has mild ingredients and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Among exfoliating toners, some absorb quickly or have a light, refreshing finish, but I found Origin's more moisturizing formula suits me better. When I use it as an exfoliating toner with a cotton pad, it feels a bit slippery. There's a slight foam left on the cotton pad, and I'm not sure which ingredient causes this. Still, it works well for my skin, so I continue using it. I wish they could remove the ingredient that causes the slippery texture. Using it as an exfoliating toner, I noticed it's not a quick-absorbing type. So, I tried using it with thin sponge cotton pads for a toner mask, and it works great. Since it doesn't absorb immediately, it doesn't dry out my skin even when used as a toner mask.
