  I'd like to share my experience after using this on my parents: 1. It doesn't damage the hair; instead, it makes it softer. 2.   I have shoulder-length hair with thick strands and gray roots, so I do a DIY root touch-up once a month. I love that this product isn't runny, so it doesn't drip everywhere. The scent isn't as harsh as typical hair dye, and since it's a treatment, my hair feels silky when rinsing and becomes beautifully bouncy after drying. Before using this product, I had gray roots with the rest of my hair dyed light brown about 10cm down. After the first application, my gray roots turned light brown, while the previously dyed parts became a natural brown tone. With each subsequent use, the gray roots gradually became a more natural brown, and the dyed parts deepened in tone. (I left the product on for 30 minutes before rinsing.) What I appreciated most was that it didn't cause any blemishes on my scalp. It seems gentle, which is great.

  Cons

  1. The packaging is covered in Japanese text, with Korean in tiny print. You might miss the Korean if you don't look closely. -> Packaging needs improvement. 2. The lack of instructions was disappointing. Due to the packaging issue mentioned above, it's hard to find usage directions without careful inspection. 3. The included comb was inconvenient to use. It didn't help apply the product evenly, so I used a hair dye brush instead. 4. The color continues to bleed even after multiple rinses. I timed it in the bathroom, and the water was still running dark after 10 minutes of rinsing. (It doesn't stain clothes or pillows if you dry your hair thoroughly.) 5. The price is steep for the amount you get. Though I'm satisfied with the product and wanted to repurchase, I noticed the price was quite high. The 200g tube only lasts a month with weekly root touch-ups. I wish they offered a larger size and lowered the price.
