It's so refreshing to spray this in the summer! It also helps control scalp odor. I'm not sure if it was just my nose, but there was one time when I really disliked the scent. I started using this preemptively due to concerns about postpartum hair loss. After applying, my scalp feels refreshed. My hair never gets greasy, and I've experienced less hair loss than expected post-pregnancy. People around me can't even tell I've had a baby, as far as hair loss is concerned! Apply it directly to problem areas by holding the nozzle close to your scalp. I was pleased to see it even added volume to my roots when applied to the crown area. It's especially great for cooling the scalp in summer and helped relieve itchiness. I'll definitely keep using it and recommend it for those with itchy or dry scalps. With consistent use, it significantly reduces itching and dryness. I love applying it right after washing my hair - it cools the scalp while my hair dries. The water-like spray formula makes it easy to massage into the scalp immediately after application for best results. Be careful when applying with your head down, as it can drip onto your forehead. It's best to use it with your head upright. Occasionally, the spray nozzle may not work properly. The spray might cause some eye irritation if it gets in your eyes. Using too much can lead to blemishes, so be sure to gently massage it into your scalp after applying to ensure proper absorption. For extremely dry scalps, try spraying it all over before drying your hair. Then, after drying, apply another layer to your crown or any itchy areas for extra relief.

After washing my hair, I spray it directly on my scalp and massage it in with my fingers. It gives a refreshing, tingly sensation that feels great. The fragrance is lovely too. If you spray it incorrectly, it can drip down onto your forehead. It's definitely effective for cooling and not bad for hydration either The scent is divisive - it's a bit strong. I don't think it makes your hair grow or thicken, it's just good for cooling and hydration
