Pros
The cleansing oil has an incredibly light texture. When pumped, the formula flows down almost like water, which is very different from the thick, heavy oils I've used before. This product has a thin, refreshing application. Except for super-waterproof eyeliners, most of my makeup comes off easily. The lightweight texture also makes it comfortable to massage into the face without any heavy or stuffy feeling. After just the first cleansing, my skin feels clean without any residue, so those who don't wear heavy makeup may not even need a second cleansing. Rinsing with just water after using the cleansing oil leaves my skin thoroughly cleansed. Even after patting my face dry with a towel, my skin doesn't feel dry or tight, but stays moisturized.
Cons
Personally, I don't think it's completely fragrance-free - I can detect a floral scent...? I think I would have preferred it to be completely unscented or have an even more subtle fragrance. - The texture is incredibly lightweight and glides on smoothly, especially when rolling over the uneven areas around the nose and chin. After emulsifying with water and rolling again, then washing, it leaves a wonderfully refreshed feeling. It cleanses thoroughly, almost eliminating the need for a foaming cleanser. And you can see that many of the whiteheads on the chin have disappeared! - When tested with the Clio waterproof eyeliner and Peripera ink tint, the eyeliner wiped off too easily, while the Peripera left about the same amount of residue as shown in the photo (Peripera is quite stubborn and doesn't come off easily with most cleansing oils and waters, unless using a dedicated eye makeup remover...) - The combination of the yellow oil and pink packaging looks quite pretty.

- The pumping action is very stiff... It's hard to dispense just a small amount by lightly pressing the pump - you end up with a big gush when you press down. - The scent... I have combination skin with a slight oil buildup around my nose and surrounding areas! 😊I usually just apply sunscreen and brow makeup, but when I use cleansing oil, I massage it in, go through the emulsification process, and rinse with water. There's still a very faint oily residue, but when I use a cleansing towel, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and I can apply my skincare routine. 😊I used to use a homemade cleansing oil made by a relative, but sometimes I would get small breakouts if I didn't cleanse thoroughly enough. 😂It's hard to control the amount and the oil just bursts out. 😂I have blackheads on my nose and a lot of whiteheads too. I tried using a refreshing oil to melt them, but I only saw a very slight effect. 😂When I do eye makeup with eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara, it takes a really long time to remove it all. I used to be able to cleanse it all off in one go, but now it takes forever! I recommend using an eye and lip makeup remover first, and then following up with your regular cleansing routine. 😂The mascara in the attached photo took about 20 wipes to fully remove.
Tip
Since the oil rinses off quite well with water, I don't think a double cleanse is absolutely necessary. I'd recommend just finishing with a cleansing towel.

I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and am posting a review of my experience using the product from August 1st to August 12th. (Skin type: Dry with occasional breakouts, and always a bit reddish on the face.) (I took a photo comparing the size of the product with the cleansing water I had been using.) #Pros: 1. The texture is lightweight. It's a refreshing and lightweight type, so it spreads easily and doesn't feel heavy. Plus, it's effective at cleansing, so the overall experience was great. 2. The scent is mild and gentle. As someone with sensitive dry skin, I tend to react to products with strong fragrances, but this one was gentle and didn't bother me at all. The scent is subtle, almost like soybean oil. 3. It seems suitable for various skin types. In my opinion, it would work well for oily skin types too, and as a dry-skinned person, I found it particularly great to use in the summer. However, those with very dry skin may find it a bit lacking in the winter. 4. It effectively removed my mineral sunscreen and light makeup. Although I don't wear heavy waterproof or full-coverage makeup, it was able to thoroughly cleanse my mineral sunscreen and light base makeup with ease.
Cons
1. The pump is a bit stiff. So when using it with one hand, I had to gently press the other hand against the opposite side to dispense the product smoothly. Cleansing Power It effectively removes basic makeup. Since it's an oil, I was worried about residual feeling after cleansing or oiliness in the T-zone or around the nose, but contrary to my concerns, the finish was remarkably refreshing! Even without a second cleansing, there were no breakouts, and the tightening feeling after washing seemed to have decreased!
Cons
The packaging... the pumping is really good, but the contents splatter in all directions every time I pump. 😂 It doesn't seem to have the cleansing power to remove color cosmetics as well. When I removed my makeup without using an eye makeup remover, a bit of eyeshadow came off on the towel after washing!
