Now that I've gotten used to it, I'm not sure about the whitening effect, but when I first used it, my skin became so bright that my usual shade 21 turned into 17! I was really surprised. People kept asking what I had applied to my face even though I wasn't wearing makeup, which made me feel great! Also, when your skin gets tanned, just one application of this can restore it to its original state in no time! I don't think there's been anything particularly disappointing about using this product so far. - az******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 11, 2024
After my skin flared up in summer leaving uneven pigmentation, I decided to try this vitamin serum since I was already using Histolab's hyaluronic acid and azulene products. It has a pleasant scent when applying, absorbs well, and I've seen improvements in my hyperpigmentation. I didn't have issues with facial flushing or redness before (even during the summer flare-up). After my skin normalized, I started using this vitamin serum. About two weeks in, I began experiencing heat sensations and redness on my face. It would flare up twice a day unpredictably. After stopping use for a week, the heat/redness reduced to about three times a week. While it seems quite expensive, considering the amount you get, it's somewhat reasonable. I think I'll try applying it every other day instead of daily. - pm****Combination SkinSensitive SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 22, 2024
I'm not sure about the whitening effect, but it seems to fade blemishes. Perhaps due to the vitamin C stimulating collagen production, my pores appear smaller. Seeing these results, I've been diligently applying it morning and night. The value for money is really poor... I hesitated before buying it, and now I regret it... Store it in the refrigerator for best results - ju*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedSep 1, 2024
I use this product consistently. It's gentle on the skin and has a brightening effect. It's a reliable product that's easy to incorporate into your routine. It's decent. There aren't any particular drawbacks. The price is reasonable too. I apply it diligently both morning and evening. The brightening effect seems to come with consistent, long-term use. - pu*******Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 7, 2024
The product absorbs beautifully and has a lovely scent. When used after toner, it gives a delightfully firm feeling to the skin! I'm not quite sure about its effects yet. I'm hoping it has some brightening properties. - jj********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 22, 2024
I use all of Histolab's ampoules. This one is part of my evening routine. It's the only Histolab ampoule with a fragrance. The scent isn't unpleasant, but rather subtly refreshing. Both the absorption and application are excellent. There's nothing particularly negative to mention. If I had to nitpick, maybe the price? It would have been even better if it were slightly more affordable. - ha*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2024
I've repurchased this ampoule and continue to use it! It seems to have a slight brightening effect. My skin is super sensitive and usually my lips burn when I use products that don't suit me, but this one feels gentle, which I love. It's also nicely hydrating. It's a bit on the pricey side... However, the generous amount means it lasts a long time once you buy it, so I guess it's not too bad. - le*********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsNov 7, 2023
No tingling at all. Even when my skin was a bit irritated, it didn't cause any issues. However, looking at the ingredients, it seems to be a vitamin C derivative rather than pure vitamin C. Overall, not bad. Well... I was a bit disappointed that it's a vitamin C derivative. I bought it because I read good reviews about Histolab online, but I'm not sure if the effects justify the price. - bo****Normal SkinRecommendedSep 24, 2023
I loved the pleasant texture and scent, and the generous size means it'll last a long time. The price is on the higher side, but other than that, I haven't noticed any particular drawbacks yet. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 1, 2023
The silky texture leaves your skin feeling moisturized and softly coated after application The price...? I bought several at once from a doctor I know, so I didn't pay the current price. I was shocked to see the regular price; it's quite steep to pay full price. As for the brightening effect, I'm not sure about that On days when your skin is tired from heavy makeup, just applying toner and this serum can improve your skin texture
