As a first-time user, I'm impressed by how gentle and moisturizing this product is. Perhaps it's due to the birch extract? I'm afraid this might not work for extremely dry skin types. It's so gentle! My skin fluctuates between sensitive and super sensitive, but right after using this, my skin feels soft and the redness seems to subside a bit. I think I'll keep repurchasing this even after I finish the current one. There's not really anything I found disappointing... It's just that when I use it, it feels like my smooth skin has returned, even if only for a moment... Make sure to work up a lather in your hands before applying!

I'm using this and the larger version, and it removes makeup really well and is very gentle, so I love it! I tried using the mildly acidic cleansing foam that was recommended to me. Despite being a mildly acidic cleanser, it lathers well and has a pleasant scent. Since it is a mildly acidic cleansing foam, I don't expect extraordinary cleansing power, but I hope it cleanses adequately while protecting the skin barrier, and that's why I'm using it.

I've probably gone through three or four bottles of this. To be honest, it's not a product I absolutely love, but it's a reliable go-to when my skin's acting up after trying various other things. I have combination dehydrated skin that leans towards dry and is super sensitive, so I usually cleanse with a gel cleanser (the type that doesn't foam at all). This hydrating cleanser sits between a gel and a foam in terms of texture and cleansing effectiveness. Compared to a gel, it doesn't leave any oiliness on the skin after washing. I mainly use it in the evenings on makeup-free days. The foam isn't dense, but rather smooth and fine, allowing for a gentle cleanse with minimal friction on the skin. Even with my sensitive skin, I haven't had any issues using it. If you typically prefer cleansers with strong cleansing power and a squeaky-clean finish, you might not need this. It has a mild and moisturizing feel. As someone with super sensitive skin that reacts to even the slightest irritation, I found this perfect for a gentle morning cleanse. It didn't leave my skin feeling overly dry, and I could feel the hydration being replenished. Very satisfying! It lathers up nicely, has great cleansing effectiveness, and feels amazing to use. I wish I could use this forever! There are none. For me, this product was perfect in every way. After cleansing once, I wet my face and cleanse again.
