It's not overwhelming and doesn't dry out your lips. The packaging is beautiful, and the lipstick itself is quite pretty. I think the color looks best after the first application. It's especially flattering for warm-toned skin. The color wasn't quite right for me - it's a bit of a warm brownish shade? If not applied carefully, it can look a bit matronly. There's a risk of it appearing somewhat dated or unfashionable.

Even though I prepped my lips, why does this matte lipstick make them look messy? This is truly my holy grail lip product, and I'm heartbroken that it seems to be discontinued. When I saw only the Pink Salt shade was available, I quickly snatched it up. The Hera Sensual Spicy Nude Volume Matte Nude Cream comes in a light peach shade that complements warm skin tones beautifully. It's perfect for those who dislike the feeling of dry lips or are concerned about dead skin cells on their lips. The downside is that it tends to pill slightly when applied in larger amounts, and it doesn't seem to have much of a plumping effect, unfortunately. For best results, apply a thin layer and gently pat it onto your lips.

While it's a matte lip balm, it does have a slight plumping effect, but I wouldn't quite call it a volumizing matte... There's a cooling sensation when applied, but it's more like the mild coolness you'd get from an ancient, ineffective pain relief patch (like, 50 years old?). As someone who enjoys that cooling feel, I find it a bit disappointing. There's also some pilling. I keep repurchasing and giving it 3 stars because it's easy to wear with a bare face and gives a delicate, my-lips-but-better tint. I bought it from Amore Mall for around $20 to get the Yumi's Cells pouch, but you should buy it from Coupang for just over $10 (Rocket Delivery available) - it's the cheapest option. 
la*******Combination SkinRecommendedNov 15, 2021For a matte lip product, it's surprisingly moisturizing and soft. The application is smoother and more hydrating than typical matte lipsticks! While it looks similar to Mamonde's Dandy Coral to the naked eye, when applied it's a much more delicate nude coral. I'm a spring warm tone, but this nude coral shade isn't overpowering, so I think it would suit both warm and cool skin tones. And as others have mentioned, the case is so pretty it makes you want to carry it around! I'd definitely repurchase when I run out! You really need to exfoliate well and keep your lips moisturized to prevent dead skin cells from becoming noticeable. Even with its smooth application, those pesky dead skin cells can still be an issue... If you apply it with too much pressure, it might settle into lip lines, so gently spread it out. The emphasis on dead skin cells is pretty much the same with any lip product, so I've come to accept it. Apply foundation or concealer to neutralize your natural lip color, then apply this product just around the edges of your lips. For an even prettier look, apply your desired lip color to the center and blend for a gradient effect! Personally, I found it pairs well with Mamonde's Creamy Tint Color Balm.
