I always used this on days I wore mascara! It removed my mascara completely in one go!! It didn't sting my eyes when I used it! There wasn't really anything disappointing about it! This makeup remover is absolutely fantastic! It's flawless. Even if it gets in your eyes, there's no stinging sensation. It removes makeup thoroughly and effortlessly. This is a very gentle lip and eye makeup remover. It's less irritating compared to other products, but as a trade-off, it doesn't remove everything in one go. You'll find yourself wiping with a cotton pad multiple times. It works well on the lips, but takes a bit more effort around the eyes. While I might not deliberately repurchase it, it's decent enough that I didn't have any major issues using it up. The ingredients are fairly good, but its ability to remove makeup thoroughly is somewhat lacking. I repurchased Dr.G's remover because I heard it has good cleansing effectiveness and is gentle on the skin! Since I have severe atopy around my eyes, I absolutely need to use only low-irritation products, but this one didn't quite work for me in that aspect...! However, I was impressed by how well it removed even mascara cleanly! The scent is so mild it's almost unscented - there's just a faint hint of oil smell, but it's so subtle that even those sensitive to fragrances could use it comfortably! Perhaps due to my atopy around the eyes, this felt irritating to me... Apart from that, everything else was fine! When using a remover, don't rub vigorously. Instead, place it on your eyes and press gently to remove makeup with less irritation! Also, be careful not to oversaturate the cotton pad with remover, as excess oil can get into your eyes and cause a tingling sensation. It effortlessly removes even waterproof eyeliner without causing any eye irritation. Nothing particularly bad, but since it's my first time using it, I noticed a slight leakage after applying it to a cotton pad.

The ingredients are great, and it's less irritating to my eyes compared to other products. That's a big plus! The price seems a bit steep. I wish they'd run more buy-one-get-one-free promotions. Also, its cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly impressive. While this product has some great qualities, especially in terms of gentle ingredients, it falls short in value for money and deep cleansing power. When I searched on Hwahae, this was the only gentle and high-quality remover I could find, regardless of price! So I decided to invest in my eyes and use only this! It removes makeup well, doesn't irritate, and it's absolutely fantastic! It's a bit pricey for the amount you get, but it's worth buying during sales with coupons applied.... Unlike other products that stung my eyes a bit, the Dr.G remover doesn't irritate my eyes at all, which is great. It removes makeup effectively and doesn't leave an oily residue, which I love even more. These days, I'm exclusively using this product! Compared to other products, the quantity is a bit smaller, which is disappointing. Everything else about it is good though.
