Pros
For 2 years, I've been using only this hair balm. My hair got damaged when my curling iron broke and my hair got singed. The hair that got singed isn't a lot, but it's well-covered, so people around me didn't even know my hair was singed.
Cons

Even though it's a no-wash treatment, the effects are as good as a wash treatment. Personally, I think it's even better than a wash. Washing was a hassle because it took too long to rinse, but with this, you just apply it and dry it with a hair dryer, and your hair becomes so soft.
