I've used up one bottle. I was surprised at first because it came out like water, even though it's called an essence. Despite being thin, it's actually quite hydrating when applied. The scent is pleasant, and I like that it's not heavy. While it didn't cause any blemishes and the fragrance isn't overpowering, I wouldn't recommend this to those who dislike watery textures. The consistency is very liquid-like. - ss*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinApr 22, 2024
I thought it would be gentle since even babies use it, but boy was I wrong! This product made me realize just how much 'natural' can vary from skin to skin. My face turned red and broke out as soon as I applied it. I ended up using it on my back instead. For a water-based toner, it does provide some hydration. This product is way too skin-dependent. Just because something is natural doesn't mean it's good for everyone. - hk****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 9, 2022
When I want a quick moisture boost, I just apply toner, essence, and emulsion. It keeps my skin hydrated and feels great. The texture glides on smoothly and leaves my skin feeling wonderfully moist. Make sure to check if the ingredients suit your skin before purchasing. - mu************Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 22, 2022
Healthy ingredients, non-irritating, currently on a buy-one-get-one-free offer. Apply before bed for soft, supple skin. Perfect for those lazy nights when you just want to use one product. Even in the height of summer, this product alone isn't enough for hydration. It can't combat dryness effectively. Apply after exfoliating and before going to sleep. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2021
I love it! This is the only toner I ever use. It absorbs well into my skin without any irritation, feeling gentle and nourishing. A product that seems ordinary, yet isn't quite so. Please don't discontinue it! - aa******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 22, 2021
Incredibly gentle! Doesn't cause any blemishes! Great value with the buy-one-get-one-free deal It's so mild that it's hard to tell if you're applying water or the product.. Since it's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, use it as an exfoliating toner or skin pack rather than applying it like an essence - sa******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 16, 2021
It's a solid choice for everyday use. Great value for money, and despite being a water-based formula, it provides surprisingly good hydration. As I continued using it, I noticed a subtle warming sensation and a feeling of heaviness. I also saw my pores enlarging, so I stopped using it on my face. Instead, I started applying it to my body and hair ends... It actually works quite well as a hair essence! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 11, 2020
It's gentle and moisturizing. The texture is slightly thin, but it's great to use as a toner. It's a bit disappointing that it's a pump rather than a spray, but that's the only drawback. - lo*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2020
Absorbs well and applies smoothly When I first squeezed this product out, I thought it wouldn't absorb well due to its water-like texture. But as I massaged it in, it absorbed surprisingly quickly! It absorbs fast, doesn't feel sticky, and that's great. Ingredients and effectiveness From the moment I read about the ingredients, I knew it would be suitable for children, suggesting it's very gentle. Personally, after applying it for the first time, I noticed my skin felt well-hydrated and moisturized the next day. Especially on days when my face felt itchy due to fine dust, applying this before bed seemed to help. I wonder if it's because of the bellflower root extract? The main drawback, if you can call it that, is probably the scent. It has a slightly herbal smell - you know the kind, right? But considering it contains bellflower and silkworm extracts, I suppose it's an honest fragrance. The scent is quite strong, but since I'm not particularly sensitive, this is the only downside I could come up with! The bellflower extract seems to soothe the skin well. You know those days when your face feels itchy? Try applying this before bed on such days. - xd*****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 23, 2020
Although it's an essence, I use it as a toner replacement! 1. I love how simple the ingredients are. Apart from extracts, it's just purified water, propanediol, glycerin, fructan, sodium hyaluronate, and panthenol - that's it! 2. Those with oily skin typically use water-based toners. However, the downside of water toners is that the hydration evaporates quickly. This essence, on the other hand, maintains moisture without feeling sticky. 3. I have thin skin with redness and heat sensitivity, and I'm prone to blemishes. All combined, it's sensitive skin... But fortunately, this product hasn't caused any breakouts! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it! I bought it during a buy-one-get-one-free event at Sidmool, making it incredibly cost-effective. I'm not sure if the promotion is still ongoing though. For deep hydration, gently pat it into your skin to help it absorb well! For a product that doesn't have a quick-absorbing formula, it actually absorbs quite nicely into the skin.
