I came to write a review because I'm not satisfied... The good thing is that there was no major scalp trouble after using it, so I'll give it 2 stars...
Cons*I bought it because it was called a 'cool shampoo' and it's summer, but there's no cool feeling when shampooing, and even after rinsing and drying my hair, there's no refreshing or cool sensation... I have a memory of using a cool shampoo when I was young that was very refreshing, so I bought this, but it didn't meet my expectations... *The smell is like a penguin-drawn ointment smell... It has a very strong, irritating sensation, but it's not cool on the scalp, only my nose hurts... I expected the scent to be nice since it's called 'Aqua Mint', but I had to add a conditioner and treatment to try to cover up the shampoo (ointment) smell...

I've been really worried about my excessive hair loss lately.. But it seems like this product has helped reduce the shedding a bit. I've also been diligently taking collagen supplements, so I'm not sure if it's the collagen or the shampoo, but the shampoo seems to have a big impact. I was worried that a cooling shampoo might strip my scalp of oil like a sebum-controlling shampoo, making my hair feel stiff. But my hair is soft and manageable, and using this shampoo along with my usual Cundal conditioner works really well. I'll keep using it and if it continues to reduce my hair loss even a little, I plan to keep using it.^^ I wanted to wait a bit longer to post a more definitive review, but (the messages keep coming so I figured I'd share now).
ConsAt first, the minty scent was like a menthol rub and really startled me.. It was almost hard to breathe. And when it touched my face, it stung like I had put on a menthol ointment. So I had to be really careful when shampooing. But it's only like that at first, and it gets better the more you use it.~~^^
TipAfter shampooing, finishing with a nice-smelling conditioner would be ideal.. I'm a big fan of the Cundal conditioner, and since it has a different scent, using them together works really well for me.~~^^
