I was worried about excessive hair loss, so I bought this product solely for its claim to lower scalp temperature. I'm satisfied and enjoying using it. The cooling effect fades rather quickly. After using it a few times, even when applying the cooling shampoo to the scalp, you don't feel a significant cooling sensation anymore. My husband gets really hot easily, so he wanted to try a cooling shampoo. I ordered this and he says it feels refreshing. He has sensitive scalp and some shampoos make it turn red, but this one seems to be fine. I personally didn't feel the cooling effect I was expecting. However, since my husband uses it frequently and is satisfied... Apparently, you shouldn't rinse the shampoo out right away. It's a cooling shampoo, so it gives an incredibly refreshing sensation~ It would be even better to use in summer!
