I use cleansing oil when I feel sebum buildup on my face. It's amazing for when you have a lot of dead skin cells and excess oil. You can feel your skin becoming smooth as the little sebum plugs are gently removed. The biggest drawback is that it's a Japanese product. I bought it on sale, but honestly, I probably wouldn't have purchased it without the discount.

Oh my goodness, this is hilarious! It's truly a mind-blowing cleansing oil. Now I'm using it to remove makeup stains from clothes. If you have sensitive skin, absolutely never use this... Your skin will go downhill in an instant. I used it for just one day and got contact dermatitis-like breakouts all over my face. Had to use steroid ointment to recover. As someone who wears makeup almost daily, I find the cleansing effectiveness quite good. But what I love most is how my skin feels after using this. It's like it not only cleanses but also leaves my skin feeling fresh and smooth, as if I've just exfoliated. It's like it removes dead skin cells, leaving my complexion soft and renewed. The texture is quite thick, so if you don't warm it up properly, it doesn't absorb well. Also, I noticed it doesn't completely remove all makeup, especially lip products. When I first tried this brand's soap, it seemed okay. But I'm really disappointed with their cleansing oil that I bought on sale. This was my first time using a cleansing oil, and I was shocked to get comedogenic acne for the first time in my life. My boyfriend bought this around April because we both had a lot of blackheads on our noses. We used it specifically to dissolve those pesky blemishes. It's not overly oily, but has a slippery, thin consistency. The texture is just right - you can rinse it off completely with water alone. As you massage it in, you can feel the blackheads coming out. After cleansing, my nose has a nice glow. I rarely use oils, but for dissolving blackheads, they're the best. Unlike other oils that can leave a greasy feeling even after washing, this one doesn't at all. Using it once a week, it took a while to finish the bottle. I'm a bit skeptical about the ingredients... And since it's a Japanese product, I won't be repurchasing. A tip for this and all oils: after massaging, mix in a tiny bit of water and continue massaging. This helps emulsify the oil better. This product effectively removes makeup, and when used alone, there's minimal tightness or discomfort after washing my face. However, after using it, I noticed small bumps or milia-like blemishes appearing under my eyes, which was quite stressful. There was also some eye irritation. I questioned whether it rinsed off properly with water, so I ended up using a cleansing foam afterward. These issues kept occurring with continued use, but when I switched to a different product, the problems cleared up. Because of this, I've stopped using it. I only used this on days when I wore heavy makeup, and it effectively removed most of my color cosmetics. After cleansing with this product, my skin feels incredibly smooth. Not only does it look different, but it also feels noticeably different to the touch. The ingredients list is a bit questionable. However, I haven't experienced any blemishes or adverse reactions. I'm already on my 5th bottle! Usually, cleansing oils leave a slight slippery feeling after washing, but this product leaves my skin feeling fresh without needing a second cleanse. I love it! The downside is the ingredients... They're not as good as I expected. I'm considering switching to something else once I finish this. However, despite my sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes from it.
