  Pros

  The cleansing effectiveness, ability to combat scalp odor, and lather are all decent...

  Cons

  As expected, my scalp is itchy. I must have scratched it so much while sleeping. Not recommended for those with sensitive scalps.

  Pros

  The cleansing effectiveness is amazing (probably thanks to the sodium lauryl sulfate). My scalp tends to be oily, so I usually shampoo twice, but with this soap bar, once is enough! The subtle lemon scent while washing is a mood-lifter. Your hair might feel a bit stiff right after washing, but once it's dry, there's no problem at all.

  Cons

  I already have a sensitive scalp prone to seborrheic dermatitis, but I've never experienced such intense itching from a shampoo before... When I first used it, my scalp kept itching, and I thought maybe I wasn't feeling well. But when the itching persisted on the second day after washing, I realized it was the shampoo. My scalp erupted in blemishes, and I was gifted with unbearable itching... I switched to a different shampoo on the third day, but the itching still hasn't subsided. +March 16, 2018 Update: I've found that using less product and gently massaging it into my scalp with a shampoo brush has eliminated the itching! I'm not sure if it was residue left behind despite thorough rinsing, or if my scalp was extra sensitive due to winter... In any case, I'm using it well these days! The cleansing effectiveness is good, but it doesn't have a significant effect on scalp odor. It's average in that regard.

  Tip

  This seems ideal for those with robust and oily scalps.

  Pros

  First off, I love that it's environmentally friendly! Despite its small size, it lasts for about two months, which is super convenient. And surprisingly, it lathers up really well!

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to agree with my scalp. Even though a Lush employee recommended it, my head feels itchy after shampooing. What a shame!

  Pros

  At first, I loved the cool sensation and pleasant scent. It seems like it would make a nice gift, but...

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it doesn't suit my hair. When I used to use Newba, it was great, but after switching to this, the condition of my scalp has worsened.

  Tip

  I wouldn't recommend this for those with sensitive scalps!
