1. Mineral sunscreen 2. Great ingredients 3. Smooth application 4. Minimal white cast 5. Non-drying - I found this product while searching for these seemingly impossible conditions. With positive reviews and safe for kids too, I decided to give it a try. First impression: Loved it! Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it wasn't drying thanks to the oil ingredients. It spread easily and smoothly. It does lighten your face, but rather than leaving a floating white cast, it brightens your complexion by about one shade. As my skin isn't particularly dark, this level of brightening felt natural and satisfying. Even though I don't have dry skin, mineral sunscreens alone usually leave my face dry and itchy, so I've been mixing organic and mineral ones. With this, I didn't feel any dryness after application. As I continued using it, either due to improper storage or a product defect, it suddenly started separating inside. At first, I thought water had gotten in and tried to shake it out, but after that, water kept trickling out and the sunscreen came out in snail-poop-like spurts. I tried to remix what I thought was oil with the sunscreen by shaking and kneading the tube, but it only separated more. The initial smooth texture disappeared, leaving water and stiff sunscreen separate. But it wasn't just oil separation - when I applied the now-stiff sunscreen, it left an excessive oily feeling on my skin, leading to jokes about looking like a soccer player with too much sunscreen on. It's not suitable for keeping on the vanity as water drips out every time you use it, so you have to take it to the bathroom to apply. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 14, 2021
Gentle enough for baby skin and provides perfect physical protection from UV rays. The pleasant scent makes it easy for babies to accept. It's great that we can protect the environment too, as organic UV filters are known to contribute to coral reef destruction. Well... I've thought about it, but I can't really find any downsides to mention. It works wonderfully when used together with the Premier Papa Remover. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 7, 2020
The oil and moisture balance is great, keeping the skin nicely hydrated. It has a bit more richness, so the glow lasts for hours after application! There's a slight white cast, but it's not ashy - more like a brightening moisturizer (think rice cake cream). In these mask-wearing times, this is all I need! I'm using it so much I had to leave a review~ Highly recommended! If you apply this over a thick cream (like cica creams), it can pill and turn white. It adheres best when applied over serums or light emulsions after they've been absorbed. You need to reapply sunscreen for continued UV protection, but my previous product emphasized dead skin cells. This one, however, reapplies smoothly like an emulsion, which I really appreciate. - et************Combination SkinRecommendedJul 28, 2020
I bought this to use with my baby. It applies smoothly and absorbs well. Like most sunscreens, it leaves a shiny finish when applied. You might need to reapply small amounts frequently. It's best to use it with a dedicated sunscreen remover. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 7, 2020
1. Perfect UV protection with high SPF and PA - no need for frequent reapplication! 2. Gentle ingredients that won't irritate your eyes 3. Achieves a natural brightening effect without leaving a white cast 4. Silicone-free formula 5. Smooth and easy application While it might be slightly inconvenient to use a separate makeup remover, the powerful sun protection and mineral-based formula make it totally worth it. Ladies, this works great as a brightening moisturizer and sunscreen before makeup application. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't leave a chalky white cast - instead, it gives your complexion a natural, even glow!
