  It seems effective at calming blemishes! I layered it twice and it was so hydrating that I forgot to apply my cream before doing my makeup.

  Cons

  It's difficult to check how much product is left in the container. I wish they would offer discounts more frequently. The regular price makes me hesitate to purchase.

  Pros

  I really enjoyed how lightweight it was to use. The product's texture isn't sticky at all and absorbs quickly like water. What I loved most was how it significantly improved those tiny bumps on my skin, making them much less noticeable.

  Cons

  Those with dry skin types might find it too light. Also, it didn't have much effect on larger blemishes.

  Applying it cold felt great as it helped cool down my face.

  I absolutely love this! As someone with sensitive skin prone to redness, it's been a game-changer.   One week usage review: 1. Fragrance-free, suitable for everyone. No explanation needed, right? 2. Gentle even on acne-prone skin. This was a game-changer for me. Even with water-based serums, there's usually some irritation, but this product caused absolutely none. It felt comfortable to apply, and I felt great even after application. 3. The blemishes around my mouth that persisted despite wearing masks have completely vanished. I've tried all the highly-recommended creams and serums, but while they seemed to help, they never fully cleared things up. With this product, I was actually surprised to see how thoroughly it cleared my skin. 4. I love the pump-style packaging. This might be a personal preference, but I really appreciated this aspect too.

  My current skin condition is naturally sensitive and oily, but recently it's been experiencing a lot of blemishes due to work stress. I've been hearing from people around me that my skin doesn't look good, so I've been buying various skincare products like masks that are good for blemishes. I was selected to be part of The Hwahae Testers and got to try the Birch Ato Panthenol Repair Serum, which is said to have good ingredients that even babies can use and helps improve blemishes. Here are the advantages I noticed while using it daily for the past two weeks: 1. Ingredients Given my skin condition and the hot weather causing increased sebum production + more blemishes, my skin has become quite sensitive. In this state, I really appreciated that it doesn't contain any harsh ingredients, living up to its claim that even babies can use it! I highly recommend this to those with super sensitive skin. 2. Light application and hydration The texture of the Birch Ato Panthenol Repair Serum has just enough viscosity that it doesn't drip when pumped. This made it easy to apply to my face after pumping it onto the back of my hand. As a serum, it absorbs quickly and feels light, which was convenient. It also provides enough hydration that for my oily summer skin, this serum alone was sufficient! For those without oily skin, adding a light moisturizer on top should be enough. 3. Reduction in redness To be honest, given that my current skin condition isn't just one or two blemishes but rather my whole face is in a pretty bad state, I didn't see a dramatic improvement in blemishes after just two weeks of use. (Realistically, it's hard to expect dramatic improvements from skincare in just two weeks.) However, I did notice that the redness from the blemishes was reduced compared to before using the product. It seems that applying this gentle and light Birch Ato Serum to my sensitive skin was helpful. The ingredients are good, the hydration level is perfect for summer use, and overall, I was very satisfied with it. Once I finish this, I plan to purchase it and continue using it!

  Cons

  1. While this was satisfactory for me, being a serum product, those with dry skin might find it lacking in hydration when used alone. It might be better to use it in combination with a moisturizer, or perhaps try their cream product instead of the serum! 2. Packaging makes it difficult to check remaining product It's not terribly inconvenient, but if I had to pick one downside, it would be that the all-white bottle design makes it difficult to visually check how much product is left.

  I absolutely loved this product! It's the only thing I applied, and my face didn't feel tight or have that heavy, stuffy feeling. My skin tends to be dry, but I didn't want to use heavy products in summer. This seems to be exactly what I was looking for - light yet deeply hydrating. While I didn't see a dramatic calming effect, there was definitely some improvement. I noticed a reduction in redness and emerging blemishes. There's zero irritation. Even after wearing makeup all day, sweating, and exfoliating, it caused absolutely no discomfort when applied. I received this as part of The Hwahae Testers program, but I'll definitely repurchase it after finishing. I strongly recommend this for your summer skincare routine!

  I was lucky enough to win this, and I've been applying this serum every night after washing my face and using my emulsion! The scent is fragrance-free! I use the Physiogel emulsion, which is also unscented. I don't like products with fragrances, so this was a huge plus for me!! Thanks to its great ingredients, it caused no irritation at all. Just like its excellent results in soothing tests, it quickly calmed my skin when I had blemishes, and I rarely got any breakouts, which I love... The texture is slightly runny, somewhere between a runny nose and medium consistency...? As I mentioned, I use the Physiogel emulsion, which can be quite sticky, so I apply just a tiny bit of the emulsion and then layer this serum on top - it's perfectly hydrating, glowing, and plumping!!!!! Oh, by the way, my skin is oily in the T-zone and dry in the U-zone. I really love products that are super hydrating and firming, and this is perfect for my skin type! I apply it before makeup too, and my makeup goes on smoothly!!!! The packaging is also hygienic with a pump!!! Since it's safe even for newborns, I'll keep using it with peace of mind!

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly bad so far. The only thing that might make you gasp is the price, but it's just a momentary shock.

  When our baby developed heat rash, I applied this and the rash subsided by the next day! Amazing! I was intrigued by the product description claiming it's a scientifically-certified, non-irritating acne serum safe for newborns. As a new mom with super sensitive skin post-pregnancy, I tested it for a week first. Usually, my skin reacts with allergies and redness to less-than-ideal products, but this one caused no issues at all. Confident in its gentleness, I applied it to my baby's heat rash, and was astounded by how quickly it calmed down. That's when I realized this truly is an exceptional product. After applying it daily post-bath, my baby now has soft, honey-like skin. ✔️Stickiness / Absorption ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: It's a runny serum, closer to an essence. As someone who despises sticky products, I found this non-sticky and quickly absorbing, perfect for use right after cleansing. ✔️Ingredients & Sensitivity ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Our whole family used it - myself, my husband, and our baby - and it suited all our skin types without causing any blemishes. It's incredibly gentle. As mentioned earlier, it was remarkably effective in calming our baby's heat rash overnight, outperforming our previous baby emulsions. Now our baby's skin is fair and soft. (Please refer to the photos for the heat rash improvement.) Highly recommended! ✔️Hydration ⭐️⭐️⭐️: My oily-skinned husband found it perfect for use alone in this humid summer. However, as someone with very dry skin, I found it lacking in richness when used alone. For women, I'd recommend using it in combination with a cream.

  As someone with super sensitive skin, I usually experience redness and small blemishes when trying new products, even those with good ingredients. Despite checking the ingredients thoroughly, I was still a bit worried when I first used this. Initially, my face did turn slightly red, and I got a couple of blemishes the next day. However, after consistently applying it for 3-4 days, those issues disappeared! Positive points: 1. Packaging Unlike the dropper-style serums I've used before, which can spill easily and are inconvenient to open with one hand, the Oolu serum is incredibly user-friendly. Just pop open the lid and pump with one finger - so convenient! 2. Gentleness Although there was a slight irritation at first, after using it for a few days, I found the product to be genuinely gentle and pleasant to use without any concerns. I use it alongside my prescription emulsion from the dermatologist (Zeroid emulsion), and I've noticed my skin condition has improved with no more blemishes appearing. 3. Texture I'm not a fan of overly watery textures that drip everywhere, but the Oolu serum has a nice consistency similar to a runny gel. It doesn't waste product by dripping, and it feels great when applying. While the price point is quite steep, I'll definitely purchase Oolu products whenever I need a gentle serum. Overall, I'm really satisfied with it!

  My skin type usually fluctuates between dry and combination dehydrated. During the rainy season like now, my skin tends to produce more oil, so I often just use toner and essence for skincare, or sometimes finish with toner alone. What I liked was that during the week I used only this serum, my skin felt fresh and hydrated without any tightness. I had a sudden breakout of blemishes, but this product didn't cause any irritation when applied. It even seemed to slightly calm my blemishes.

  Cons

  After applying this and sleeping, I noticed a slight increase in oiliness, so those with oily skin might find it a bit uncomfortable. My face tends to get oilier during this time of summer, and the period I used this serum coincided exactly with the rainy season, so this may not be a completely objective assessment. When the weather gets cooler and drier than it is now, those with dry skin might want to apply a separate hydrating moisturizer.
