This is my holy grail sunscreen! I absolutely despise greasy sunscreens, so I've always opted for completely matte types or the Holika sunscreen that was less shiny and slightly more hydrating. But after trying the Keep Cool sunscreen, I was amazed. True to its 'essence' name, it's incredibly hydrating. It genuinely moisturizes deep into the skin like an essence would. The absorption is remarkably fast - it delivers hydration while quickly eliminating any surface slickness. This leaves my skin feeling plump without any oiliness, which I personally find to be the perfect canvas for makeup. Of course, it's fantastic on its own too. I highly recommend it! There are no downsides! It's great to apply before makeup and works perfectly as an emulsion on its own.

It's moisturizing, absorbs well, gentle, and just great all around. I honestly can't think of anything that compares. It's so mild that even pregnant women could use it safely. This product is really great, but it's a shame it's been discontinued. There's absolutely no white cast, so it's perfect for applying generously. I used to only wear sunscreen, but sometimes the distinctive smell would make me feel nauseous when wearing a mask. This one doesn't have that issue at all. Being a sun essence, I was worried it might be sticky, but after a while, the stickiness disappears, leaving my skin feeling perfectly matte and hydrated. It's unfortunate that it's been discontinued... It seemed to suit me the best, so I didn't have any complaints.

Absorbs well: Unlike other sunscreens, this one feels incredibly fresh and hydrating. It truly absorbs like an essence, as the name suggests. Ingredients: I checked the Hwahae app and was satisfied with the ingredient list! UV protection: The SPF is high, and personally, I'm very happy with this sun essence! Application: It has an essence-like texture that glides on super smoothly! There was no white cast either! The value for money is a bit disappointing... The product itself is great, but 23,000 won for 50ml? That price might be a burden for students like me. When I received the product, the container wasn't even filled to the top (about half full..?). I received this as a gift and tried it out. It absorbs completely and feels refreshing, which I really like. It also seems quite gentle on the skin. It's a bit too light for me, so I'm layering it with an emulsion-type sunscreen for better protection.
