This product conveniently combines sunscreen functionality and tone-up effects in one. The tone-up color is also natural, which I like, and it spreads well with just a small amount. It has a similar feel to old BB creams, but is much lighter than BB creams. After applying, my face looks radiant. Doing makeup is a hassle, so this is great for a quick, light outing. While the ad said it doesn't transfer onto masks, I still find that it does transfer a bit (it transfers for me). It only has tone-up functionality. The coverage is definitely lacking. I have freckles, and they are still quite visible, just a bit blurred. You need to spread a small amount over a wide area to avoid a chalky, floating look. Applying a thin layer even to the neck can achieve a natural tone-up effect. If you apply too thickly, it will become greasy and get scraped off by your nails. It's best to think of this as giving up coverage in exchange for a natural skin tone-up. - yt********Dry SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2023
Absolutely love it! My skin looks fantastic and feels so hydrated! The only downside is the light coverage. Nothing major, really. Maybe it's a bit hard to find in stores? Sometimes I feel like the shade doesn't quite match my complexion. - wh******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsMay 1, 2023
Great as a foundation alternative. When you want some coverage but a sunscreen alone isn't enough, this is perfect for those days! It transfers easily. The formula feels outdated, like something my mom's generation would use. It doesn't brighten at all; in fact, it makes my skin look half a shade darker. I'm confused about why it's called a brightening moisturizer. Shouldn't it make your complexion at least half a shade lighter? Instead, it darkens like foundation, making me look half a shade darker. Plus, it's excessively rich. I've stopped using it. - la*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresApr 15, 2023
It contains sun protection, so you don't need to apply a separate sunscreen Feels like I've been misled by the advertising. The effects aren't as dramatic as they claim in the ads - so*******Normal SkinAcne SkinApr 14, 2023
It brightens the skin without making it greasy. However, for men, the color might appear a bit off on the skin. I wondered why I was getting acne when using only this product, but then I noticed it contains a lot of silicone ingredients. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 24, 2023
This is a powerhouse product when your complexion is on point. I thought it had a pink base, but it transforms into a beige tone when blended. It gives a beautiful glow without feeling sticky, which is fantastic. Since it's a brightening moisturizer, it doesn't offer much coverage. So when your skin isn't at its best, applying this doesn't yield very pretty results. It seems to contain fragrance - while it smells nice, it might not be great for your skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedFeb 9, 2023
- Wonderfully hydrating - Absorbs beautifully - Works great as a makeup base and also perfect for a bare-faced look - The dewy finish might be too much for those with oily skin - Might be a bit light for those who usually use shade 23 - tj**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresSep 27, 2022
It evens out my skin tone perfectly while giving a dewy, glass-skin effect. As an all-in-one product, it's great for achieving that fresh-faced, radiant look. While it absorbs well, it does feel a bit heavy on the skin. If your skin can handle it, setting it with some powder will give you a nice matte finish. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2022
The lasting power was impressive and the brightening effect exceeded my expectations Those with dry skin might find it slightly unsuitable. As a foundation alternative, it feels a bit heavy for some - in*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2022
Skin type: Sensitive skin prone to heat sensitivity and frequent milia blemishes. I experience hormonal acne once a month, and recently with mask-wearing, I've been getting breakouts around my chin area too. My skin tends to be oily in spring and summer, while it becomes combination dehydrated in fall and winter. When applied, this product transforms from a typical brightening moisturizer texture into a beige color, similar to a BB cream. I bought this hoping for a natural skin look without foundation, but it ends up looking more like a BB cream... It gives an awkward 'not quite made-up' appearance. It also transfers onto masks. I wouldn't recommend it for skin that's prone to deep dryness or has a lot of dead skin cells. While it applies smoothly, it tends to pill and makes the skin look uneven. The finish feels powdery, yet somehow oily? It just didn't work for me. I wanted a quick, foundation-free option, but there were too many factors to consider, which was disappointing.
