Pros
This is the best mascara I've ever used. I don't like clumpy or spider-like lashes, but the metal brush makes it easy to apply the right amount, and it gives such great individual lash definition - I just can't live without it!
Cons
The only downside is that it tends to smudge a bit... The formula is amazing and gives such great lash coverage, but it always ends up under my eyes, so I have to constantly touch it up.

I was originally using the Codi9 black color and was about to repurchase it when I won the Hwahae Trial Reviewer prize: ) My eyes are double-lidded, and no matter how I applied eyeshadow or primer, they would always smudge. I never even dreamed of applying mascara to my lower lashes. So when choosing a mascara, I look for: 1. Even distribution of the formula on the brush and no clumping. 2. Quick drying formula with minimal transfer. 3. Resistance to drooping due to my work environment with a lot of water. The initial reason for purchasing was that a beauty YouTuber demonstrated how to apply celebrity-style lash mascara. The long wand doesn't get product on my skin, it applies evenly, and the metal material allows for easy, clean application. The metal also makes it great for using a lash curler. Since I work in a cafe, the hot steam, heated machines, and constant dishwashing meant my lashes would always droop with other mascaras. But not with Neogen - it holds the curl all day! This is a holy grail product for me, and I highly recommend it to everyone around me. The refill-only packaging is also great because I don't have to throw away the unused wand. I've tried both the brown and black shades, and while other brands' brown can look too light on my eyes, the Neogen brown is the perfect depth and complements my eye color beautifully for a natural, shadowy eye makeup look.
Cons
The only slight downside is that the long handle doesn't fit well in my makeup pouch.

There's no clumping at all... It's truly the essence of clean, and you know how mascara brushes usually are, right? But this one doesn't have a brush, so you can express your lashes more neatly!! I was really surprised ㅜㅜㅜ🤍🤍 It's the epitome of naturalness, really... And the mascara-specific odor doesn't really come through much either, so it's a real gem✨
Cons
It seems to lack the ability to lengthen lashes..ㅠㅠ Other than that, everything was really good🤍❤️

Unlike the typical mascara wand, it is made of metal~ I used the ❗️brown color❗️ and it was definitely more natural-looking than black.👍 ✔️Spreadability Since it's a metal material, there was less clumping of the lashes compared to regular wands, but it's more about lengthening the lashes rather than volumizing. So it may be disappointing for those who prefer volume and curl mascaras! ✔️Longevity The longevity is great!! Even when using an eyelash curler, there are times when other mascaras cause the lashes to droop over time, but this product maintained the curl for a long time after using the curler! ✔️No Smudging & Flaking Normally when mascaras smudge, there's usually a bit of flaking too, but this had zero smudging or flaking.

I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and am writing a review. The mascara was really interesting as it was made of metal, which was fascinating. The color was also very pretty, and it did not clump or smear. I was satisfied with the curling and volumizing effects.
Cons
You will need to use a lip and eye makeup remover to take it off. Normally, mascara can be easily removed just by cleansing with a cleansing balm or cleansing water, but this one is really stubborn and doesn't come off easily.

Hwahae Trial Reviewer's First Win ✨ To be honest, I haven't been using mascara much lately because even though I've tried various famous ones, I didn't like the clumpy feeling on the outer corners of my eyes. But I applied just in case I might find my holy grail, and I got it! The mascara has a metallic wand, so I was worried it might not spread evenly and make my lashes look heavy and dense, but when I applied it, it went on cleanly and evenly, making my lashes look fluffy and voluminous(?) It feels like feathers..🧡 I have eyeliner tattoo, so I don't like the heavy and overbearing feeling of black mascara, so I opted for the brown one. It's not a light, patchy brown that looks like it's been painted on when the light hits it, but a soft, deep brown that makes my eyes look soft yet defined. This is probably because I've only ever used brown mascara before, so the comparison is clear ㅋㅋㅋ Applying it under the lashes is amazing... The thin wand just swipes a few times to separate each lash. I used to hate applying under the lashes because it would touch the waterline, making my eyes sting, and then the mascara would smudge all over my undereye area and dot my laugh lines, and even the ones that did get applied would clump up. But this one is truly made for under-lash application - I fully endorse it, twice, ten times over!
