Some sunscreens can feel suffocating, but this feels even more comfortable than Innisfree's The Minimum Sun Cream • White Cast There's a very slight, barely noticeable white cast. After using products with severe white cast, I've come to prefer minimal to none. This one's also great for reapplication I'll likely use this in spring, summer, and fall, and switch to Innisfree for winter. Extremely satisfied!
Cons• Scent When I first applied it on the back of my hand, the scent reminded me of tiger balm, which was surprising. I'm quite sensitive to fragrances 😭 But when applied to the face, it's less noticeable. Maybe it's because of my allergies, but after application, I can barely smell it. That's a relief! • Oiliness In summer, my nose and forehead area get oily, so it feels a bit greasy there. Compared to other sunscreens I've used, it's gentler and less sticky, but if I run my hand over my skin, I can feel some oiliness. It does improve over time as it either absorbs or evaporates. So, I'm still satisfied with it • For a high SPF summer sunscreen, I wish it was slightly more semi-matte (this might be due to my combination oily skin; dry skin types might love it) On days when I expect to sweat a lot, I finish with a no-sebum powder • Being a mineral sunscreen, it requires thorough cleansing. Double cleansing with Dokdo Foam Cleanser and using Dokdo Toner as an exfoliating toner seems to remove it well. I wanted to avoid using cleansing water, but... It might be best to use cleansing water with cotton pads or a foaming container for the first cleanse, followed by a low pH foam cleanser Repurchase intention 🔺 I'll use it if I have it, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to buy it again
TipAs you can see in the photo where I've only applied it to the bottom half, it gives a shiny glow... haha... People say it looks like Luna from the Clear Twin Stars. Definitely need to use that no-sebum powder 🙄
