Depending on the serum or cream you use with it, you might notice your face looking yellowish the next day. I've found this happens more often when I apply it with a rich, oily cream.

While it's not bad, I don't see any dramatic effects. In that sense, I don't think it offers great value for money.

I've been using this for about a month now. The water-like texture makes it easy to apply, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry.

I carefully chose this as my first vitamin C ampoule, and it seems the high price is justified by its effectiveness. When I apply it, I love how it instantly brightens my complexion.

If you have super sensitive skin, it's great for layering!! You can gradually increase the amount mixed with serums or emulsion creams that suit your skin to avoid stinging and redness. Eventually, you might be able to apply it purely on its own!!

The price... and the amount is quite small. Since it's pure vitamin C, there are some products you can't use together! I have collagen, retinol, and niacinamide, so I use them separately during day and night. Also, because it's pure vitamin C, you need to use it up quickly!!

When I first used it, it stung a bit and caused some redness! But after applying it consistently for a few days, it gradually got better~!!! It absorbs well~!! It's slightly sticky, but you can layer it with other products~!!

On days when my skin was super sensitive, it often felt tingling, so I couldn't use it daily. Also, due to its short shelf life, I could visibly see the ampoule's color darkening after a few months.

It was great to use this refreshingly in the morning after toner. I also appreciated that it wasn't too watery.

Since you can trust the ingredients, it's best to use niacinamide and retinol in the evening, and vitamin C during the day for comprehensive anti-aging care. However, Paula's Choice Korea's credibility has taken a hit as they've been selling products close to expiration. I'm not the only one who's experienced this. Make sure to check the expiration date as soon as you receive the product.

I had high hopes due to other impressive products, but the brightening effect wasn't as significant as I expected. Some cheaper options actually work better. While I'm not 100% sure about repurchasing, it's still decent. The most significant advantage is the reliability of the ingredients.

As a devoted fan who completely trusts Paula's Choice retinol and 20% niacinamide, I'm currently using this product since it's not overly expensive.

Skin type: Combination dehydrated sensitive skin with small pores and redness on cheeks and T-zone, overall bumpy butterfly zone, and a few small blemishes and pustules. Occasional eczema around eyes and philtrum.

I like the combination of Vitamin C, E, and Ferulic Acid in this product. It's highly concentrated and noticeably brightens the complexion, but unfortunately triggered blemishes.

It's a bit tricky to use as it turns yellow quickly, so make sure to use it up fast. The price is steep, so wait for a sale to purchase. There's a slight burning sensation at first, but you get used to it over time.

It's pricey, but there's no other product that delivers such impressive results. I've tried other vitamin derivatives, but they didn't work at all. As they say, you can't beat the classics - Pola truly lives up to its reputation.

If you have acne-prone skin, please make sure to get your acne under control before using this. It can wreak havoc on your skin. Recommended for healthy skin only. Here's my acne treatment and management routine: 1. Isotretinoin - 3-5 times a week, 1 pill a day (not year-round, mainly in summer, occasionally in other seasons when acne pops up. Never more than 5 pills a month). 2. Stridex BHA Red - twice a week. 3. Stievaa cream - 3 times a week, use an amount the size of a cotton swab head. 4. Cleanse twice daily - SRB enzyme cleanser morning and night ('twice daily' is key. The difference in oil buildup and tiny bumps between once and twice a day cleansing is night and day). 5. Fraxel - 2-5 times a year (for scars). 6. Always extract pimples when they surface, regular scalp treatments. 7. Cut down on sugar and flour. (If you do all the above but then binge on snacks and flour-based foods, it's all for nothing.)

It's a bit of a hassle to store properly, but for the sake of my skin, it's worth it. As for the price, well, if you're just thinking about money, it might seem pricey. But considering it also has tocopherol or something like that, I don't think it's that expensive for what you get. (There's another similar product that's way out of my budget's league.)

First off, this stuff actually works. Three years ago, I slathered on a whole bottle, morning and night, without knowing much about skincare. My face got incredibly bright (though I was mostly staying indoors at the time). Back then, I used it while getting acne treatments at a dermatologist without issues. But last year, when I got lazy and stopped going to the derm, my acne flared up and my skin barrier was wrecked. I tried using this again and it destroyed my skin. After doing some research, I learned that vitamin C can be super irritating for acne-prone skin with a compromised barrier and unstable pH. So I switched to low-dose niacinamide for brightening, got scar treatments, and educated myself on skincare to get my skin back to normal. It took about a year since my skin was in such bad shape. I'm giving this another shot now because I remember it working well before. I'll start with small amounts and build up slowly to avoid any skin disasters.

While it's a bit on the pricey side, I honestly can't find much to complain about. I highly recommend it!

Many say it's expensive, but I disagree. If you look at other reputable brands' offerings, you won't think so. It meets all the stringent requirements for C, E, and Ferulic formulations, and it's from a trustworthy brand. If you stock up during sales, I think the price is quite reasonable.

However, Paula's Choice C15 has a much better texture and absorbs well compared to other products, with less stickiness. Due to its low pH, it can be irritating, so use cautiously and try to use it quickly after opening.
