  Great value for money! As someone who usually prefers matte finishes, I have to say the color is quite pretty too.

  The color is nice, a classic red feel... It's too intense for me to apply directly, but when I dab it on my lips about three times and blend, it creates a subtle and pretty look. Gives off a sophisticated vibe.

  1. Pigmentation Great color payoff and beautiful shade 2. The epitome of a cool-toned red But I wear what I want (deep undertone, suspected cool-toned)

  Cons

  1. Emphasizes dead skin cells All Rom&nd Zero Matte lipsticks seem to severely accentuate flaky skin 2. Flimsy packaging Perhaps because it's the old case design before the repackaging (gray), the lipstick twisting mechanism is all scratched up + Looks blotchy 3. Longevity Gone after one sip of water. Transfers immediately 4. Doesn't suit me..

  Romand's biggest strength is undoubtedly their beautiful color cosmetics. The shades are naturally gorgeous, and the application is quite nice.

  However, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells and doesn't apply smoothly when there's flakiness.

  For best results, apply a thin layer of lip balm first, then gently pat on the product while tapping it into your lips.
