It's not just watery, but when you pat it on, your skin feels firm and supple. Pros
The absorbs well and has a lovely scent. It absorbs well, and above all, I trust and use Tone 28 because it's a brand that cares about the environment. I started with their shampoo bar and now I'm settling into using Tone 28 for all my skincare basics! It's gentle, so there's no tingling or sticky feeling on the skin. After application, it gives a subtle glow, like a dewy Inner Glow.
Cons
There's a very slight residual feeling, not quite sticky, but you can tell you've applied something. However, it doesn't cause any discomfort like hair sticking to your face.
