The best shampoo of my life! I absolutely love the sweet coconut scent. It removes 100% of the oil from my hair... No greasiness all day long, even into the next day. While it completely removes oil, it leaves my hair feeling stiff due to the lack of any natural oils. It lathers up well even with a small amount, creating a rich and dense foam (it feels even more luxurious than facial cleansing foam, despite being a shampoo!). Massaging it into your scalp and cleansing thoroughly leaves you feeling refreshed. Personally, I absolutely adore the coconut scent - it's perfect for lifting your mood. While it leaves a nice moisturized feeling, when you dry your hair it tends to fall a bit heavily, so it doesn't provide much volume. It might be ideal for those with thick hair or those looking for a more controlled feel. I love the coconut scent. It gives the impression of adding volume to my hair. Unfortunately, I experienced blemishes that spread down to my face. I'm not sure why, as there didn't seem to be any major incompatible ingredients. I tried it three times before giving up. Considering that even the jojoba oil from this brand causes me issues, it seems The Hwahae Testers and I just don't get along. There are small sample sizes available on iHerb. It lathers up nicely and has a pleasant coffee-like scent rather than coconut, which I really enjoy! It leaves hair feeling stiff, so using conditioner afterwards is absolutely necessary.

I used to have an oily scalp, but after dealing with psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis, it became dry. My hair is also quite dry now. I bought this because I heard coconut ingredients are great for hydration. I'd recommend this to those with oily scalps! After washing, my hair feels extremely stiff, like I've washed it with bar soap. I've been using various shampoos for my seborrheic dermatitis, and this one's a keeper! While my hair feels a bit stiff after washing, that's easily fixed with a conditioner. Before, my scalp would start itching as soon as 6 hours after washing, but now I can go for two days without discomfort! The relief from itching is life-changing. The fragrance is lovely too. This review comes after at least two months of use, and I've just repurchased it. If I really had to nitpick, the only downside would be the stiffness of the hair. But that's about it! I've resolved the stiffness issue by using a conditioner.

For a natural shampoo, it lathers really well and smells amazing! It's rare to find a shampoo with both a great scent and good ingredients, so this product really stands out in that regard. The only downside is that the fragrance doesn't last very long. But considering it's far superior to shampoos with artificial fragrances, I'm willing to overlook that. When used with the coconut conditioner, the scent is twice as nice!
