Pros
It's great because it's moisturizing and easy to apply. I have to apply all sorts of things when my baby has diaper rash, and they usually cry a lot when I put on lotions or soothing gels, but this product doesn't seem to bother them at all. They seem to like the sweet scent even more.
Cons
It breaks easily. I bought 4 and they all broke while I was using them. I'm not sure if it's really effective for diaper rash.

It's small and easy to carry. I've been using it on the under-eye area before bed (but I haven't tried it on other areas yet due to concerns about the shea butter content causing breakouts). It's good for dry lips or cuticles. I've been using a lot of hand sanitizer lately, so I've been applying it to the dried-out areas. The scent is quite nice, though there may be some individual preferences.

The stick balm is the best of the best!! My baby has very dry skin, so I have to apply this frequently. In the middle of winter, I apply it every time I change the diaper. When their legs get particularly dry and rough, applying this prevents it from getting worse. If you apply it consistently, it gets better. After feeding the baby food and wiping their mouth with a wet wipe, I apply it all over their cheeks and lips. The sweet scent makes the baby stick their tongue out and play around. ㅋㅋㅋ It's applied by swiping it on the side, which can feel a bit tight, but it's good because the baby sometimes puts it in their mouth and plays with it, and I can't control them with their strength.
