The downside is definitely the small amount of product. While I can't expect a large quantity from such a compact size, it does flatten out pretty quickly after just a few uses. That's a bit disappointing.

While I'm completely satisfied with the product itself, there are two major drawbacks. First, although the scent isn't overwhelmingly strong, it's still somewhat bothersome. It's that baby powder fragrance often used in cosmetics. I wish they had either removed the fragrance entirely or used less of it! Second, the packaging is really disappointing, especially the lid which is infuriating to open every time. The formula is rich, but they chose a lid that's extremely difficult to open, which is so frustrating.

I bought this because my hands are always dry and cracked due to eczema and atopic dermatitis. I was disappointed with other hand creams because their moisturizing effects didn't last long, but this product has exactly the light, Vaseline-like feel I was looking for.

While the scent is pleasant, it feels a bit irritating. I think it would have been better if it were fragrance-free.
