Pros
It's great because it's moisturizing and easy to apply. I have to apply all sorts of things when my baby has diaper rash, and they usually cry a lot when I put on lotions or soothing gels, but this product doesn't seem to bother them at all. They seem to like the sweet scent even more.
Cons
It breaks easily. I bought 4 and they all broke while I was using them. I'm not sure if it's really effective for diaper rash.

This is an essential item for our home in the winter!!! My elementary school daughter uses it, and when she applies the face cream and adds another layer, it feels nice and moisturized~ It's also good to carry around~ Not only for the face, but you can also apply it to the lips when they get dry, which is great~ I'm using it without any trouble or special side effects, and I also like the baby powder-like scent~

Pros
I was already using the Mustela lotion, so I knew it was a moisturizing and nourishing product. The Nourishing Stick with Cold Cream is so convenient to carry around and I really love it. My daughter sometimes has rough patches around her mouth or chin, and I think applying this frequently, both when going out and at home, will be great for her.~^^

Pros
It was convenient to use because it moisturized my face without getting on my hands. :) Not only my face, but applying it to my lips as well made the moisture last longer. For other areas that need moisturizing, such as elbows, you can use a spatula to scoop out a small amount and apply it by hand, which also works well. Since I'm applying it directly to my face, I tend to use a little less when applying it to other areas.
Cons
There is a slight stickiness, so I would recommend applying it at night. It's a shame the formula contains spices, even though they are not listed as an ingredient. I think a fragrance-free version would be better for babies. And while the amount is quite small, it doesn't seem to run out very quickly, which is a relief.^^;

The Mustela Cold Cream Stick is great for applying to dry areas. You can use it to touch up your makeup or apply it around your lips and eyes when your base products feel a bit dry.
