Seeing the vitamin and serum visibly combine really boosted my confidence in the product! With the changing seasons, while it didn't completely eliminate dryness for my sensitive combination dehydrated skin, I could definitely feel the hydration!
ConsIt was difficult to see any noticeably positive effects. Also, the scent is quite strong, reminiscent of old-fashioned cosmetics, which might be challenging for those sensitive to fragrances. Because of this, I found myself using it more before going out rather than before bed.

They used paper tape for the box and paper mesh instead of bubble wrap. How thoughtful! When I untied the pretty ribbon and opened the box, I was greeted by five luxurious-looking ampoules. Wow! I looked up the price and it's quite steep, but it seems worth it. Pros: 1. Weekly Serum System Each ampoule is portioned for a week's use! The vitamin powder is sealed in a capsule, which you burst and shake before use. This seems hygienic and should help preserve the ingredients' effectiveness. 2. Lightweight Yet Deeply Hydrating At first, I thought the thin texture couldn't possibly combat deep dryness... but I was so wrong! The finish felt surprisingly rich, and even when I didn't wash my face until the next afternoon, I didn't feel any dryness at all! 3. Brighter Complexion While it didn't dramatically change my foundation shade, I noticed my bare skin looked brighter. My mom even commented that my skin seemed more radiant lately - I was so surprised! Note: I have combination dehydrated skin. My skincare routine was: 'Dokdo Toner (exfoliating once) -> Dokdo Toner (one layer) -> Longevita Serum -> Dr.G Soothing Cream'
ConsThe scent was a bit artificial, which was slightly disappointing. I think a more natural, fresh fragrance matching its color would have been nicer.

My skin tends to be quite sensitive, so I usually stick to gentle, moisturizing products as brightening ones can sometimes cause reactions. Surprisingly, this product hasn't triggered any noticeable blemishes or redness yet. (I did get about 3 small pimples, but I don't think they're related to the product.) The packaging is very luxurious, with the vitamin powder and ampoule separated. This gives a placebo effect that it might be more effective than regular brightening products. It also seems more hygienic. Each bottle is meant to last 7 days, but the amount is more generous than expected. Using three pumps total for morning and evening application during the ampoule step left plenty of product. By days 5-7, I could apply it liberally and still have enough.
ConsThe fragrance is quite strong. I usually use products with little to no scent, so this might have felt more intense to me. Personally, it reminded me of my mother's cosmetics - a bit overpowering. While not nauseating, and I got used to it after a week, the artificial scent isn't particularly pleasant. The hydration is disappointingly weak... I switched from my Torriden serum to this for ten days for the Hwahae Testers event. The weather suddenly became drier, which might have amplified the effect, but the moisturizing power feels very inadequate. It seems to absorb quickly at first, but doesn't seem to relieve deep dryness. This might be the biggest drawback. While the main purpose is brightening rather than moisturizing, it's not an inexpensive product. If you have dry skin, I strongly recommend testing it thoroughly before purchasing. Perhaps due to the short usage period, I didn't notice any significant brightening effects. I usually rinse with rice water as the final step of my evening cleanse, and I feel that might actually be more effective.
TipI used it in this order: toner (Docto-x) - serum - moisturizer. For those with dry skin, I highly recommend using a slightly more hydrating and rich moisturizer!

Let's dive right in: 1. The packaging is absolutely stunning - It truly feels like receiving a gift! While I usually dislike plastic packaging, I was pleasantly surprised to find this wrapped in paper. Opening it was such a satisfying experience, and I loved how the five containers were beautifully arranged inside the box. 2. Five containers with a one-week shelf life - Product shelf life is crucial, especially for serums containing vitamins. After using it, I found the amount to be more than enough for a week. You can generously apply it morning and night after cleansing without worrying about running out. 3. Texture and absorption - The watery formula doesn't leave a sticky residue, and it feels like it's charging your skin with hydration. It's not exactly moisturizing, but it gives a nice, firm feeling to the skin. 4. Brightening effect - Personally, I was absolutely thrilled with the results. While I usually expect brightening products to subtly improve overall skin tone rather than show dramatic changes, this one really impressed me. After just two days, I noticed my complexion looked a bit brighter, so I started taking photos. The skin tone comparison in the pictures below shows the results after two days (left) and one week (right) of use. Of course, lighting and skin condition can vary daily, but the visible improvement was undeniable, and I'm incredibly satisfied.
ConsHere are a few aspects I found slightly disappointing: 1. Fragrance - Those sensitive to scents might find this one a bit off-putting. My first impression of the smell wasn't great - it's quite a strong cosmetic scent. While some reviewers found it okay, I personally wouldn't use it on days when my skin feels particularly sensitive. 2. Moisture level - While I didn't expect intense hydration from a vitamin serum, I should mention this for those hoping for a moisturizing effect. This product doesn't seem to provide significant hydration. I had to use other products to boost moisture before applying my cream. It seemed to help a bit with deep dryness, but not completely. 3. The one-week shelf life - This is both a pro and a con. There's plenty of product, more than you can use in a week. It feels like you could easily use it for another week, but being told to only use it for seven days feels a bit wasteful. 4. Pump performance - The pump dispenses very small amounts, and it's hard to get product out if the bottle is tilted even slightly. You need to pump many times to get enough for one application, which was quite inconvenient. >>>Update 09/22!! I figured out how to use the pump effectively. Press it down firmly once, and it works much better than before. I was getting frustrated with the tiny amounts, so I pressed hard, and that was the solution! If you're getting too little product, try pressing the pump all the way down once before using.
TipI think this could be used comfortably in fall and winter too, but you'll need to use plenty of hydrating products alongside it. I usually have small blemishes, so it's hard to tell if any new ones are caused by the product. However, I have a feeling it might be an issue for those with super sensitive skin. I'd recommend doing a patch test before full application. My skin is combination with excess oil and deep dryness. After using this product, I felt like my deep dryness improved slightly.

It's a method where you mix a serum containing 50% Vitamin C. I've been using it for about 10 days and I'm currently on my second bottle. I'm using it sparingly because it's so precious! Skin Type: I have super sensitive skin that reacts immediately to incompatible ingredients. I also have combination skin that's prone to occasional blemishes! Texture: Despite its water-like consistency typical of serums, it feels firming when applied to the face. Even though my skin's been a bit dry due to the changing seasons, this product didn't leave my skin feeling parched. It provided just the right amount of hydration without being sticky! Even after waking up, there was no greasiness - just perfect moisture. I could use it during the day without any pilling issues. Two pumps were enough to generously cover my entire face. For those with dry skin, you might want to apply one pump, then follow up with another. Effectiveness: Firstly, this serum didn't cause any skin reactions or breakouts. And the elasticity! My skin became noticeably firmer. It's amazing! It also clearly reduced dead skin cells and seemed to refine my skin texture. I only use it in the evenings as I want to make it last, but I think using this serum alone is most effective. It didn't seem to work as well when I paired it with a regenerating cream. Just using the serum by itself is really great! You can feel it working on your skin immediately. Skin Brightening: My boyfriend noticed that my face looked brighter! When I woke up after applying it in the evening, I could see a real brightening effect! While it's not a dramatic change, I was impressed and satisfied with this level of improvement. Although I haven't used it for two weeks yet, I believe with consistent use, it will definitely improve whitening and elasticity, and even strengthen the skin barrier for healthier skin!
ConsThe scent of the serum itself was fine, but after applying it to my face, there was a lingering smell on my hands - almost like a metallic scent. At first, I thought I might have touched something made of iron, the smell on my hands was that strong. It took me a few days to realize it was from the serum. So now I wash my hands thoroughly after applying the serum. I'm not sure exactly what the smell is, though.
TipI recommend using this serum alone after cleansing your skin with toner before bed. I've been consistently using just toner and serum for two weeks, as I feel using too many base products might reduce its effectiveness. While I don't feel any dryness, those with dry skin might benefit from gently patting on a moisturizing cream afterwards.

First off, I love that the container is divided into weekly portions and comes with vitamin C capsules to mix in. Usually, you have to worry about refrigeration and using it up quickly, but this takes care of that. I have combination and sensitive skin, so my biggest concern when using vitamin C serums is potential irritation. After two weeks of use, I haven't experienced any major blemishes, which is a good sign. The effects were most noticeable at the beginning - my complexion became much clearer and my blemishes, though subtly, seemed to fade. It absorbs exceptionally well. They say one bottle is a week's supply, but even applying it to my neck and using it 2-3 times, it lasts over a week.
ConsPersonally, I'm not a fan of strong scents, so the fragrance was uncomfortable for me. Also, the texture is quite thin, making it inconvenient to dispense and apply with hands.
TipIt works well when used with a hydrating serum during seasonal changes.

I switched from my usual toner (Isoi Rose Toner) to this, as it claims to have brightening and blemish-improving effects (though I hadn't noticed those with my previous toner). First impression: The packaging is clean and simple. However, the serum bottle is smaller than expected... I wondered how I'd use up a whole bottle in a week, but then realized it might not be enough. The container is plastic, which seems travel-friendly. Texture: Very runny. I pumped some onto the back of my hand expecting a thicker serum, but ended up applying it all over my hand. It's like a toner with just a hint of viscosity. Even runnier than the B.plane Ampoule, which is already quite fluid. Scent: Just... average. Not strong. Feeling: Despite having quite a few blemishes and pimples on my skin lately, it didn't sting or hurt. What hurt was watching the expensive product drip away... Effects: Being the first use, no noticeable effects yet. [Photo 1: Acne on cheeks (worse than shown)] Day 2: Stayed in, so I took my time before washing up and applying. Effects: Still can't tell. Skin issues: None. Pimples are ripening nicely. Thoughts: I said the scent wasn't strong yesterday, but I really noticed it this morning. It's not great... Smells like freshly made plastic mixed with a weird, artificial lemon or orange scent. Thankfully, the scent fades quickly. They claim it doesn't oxidize quickly, but as someone with oily-combination skin, I didn't find it particularly moisturizing or long-lasting. Since it's supposed to help with deep hydration, I'll try using it without the ampoule tomorrow. Day 3: Applied three times - morning, afternoon, and before bed - as I went out late for dinner. Effects: Still uncertain. Skin issues: No change from yesterday. Thoughts: I deliberately applied the ampoule later, and my skin felt dry. Of course, it's fine when followed by a moisturizer or emulsion... but it seems insufficient on its own for hydration (even with mist). Day 4: Nothing special. I applied some leftover Dr. Jart+ Cicacream, which still doesn't suit me. Fortunately, it didn't cause any issues the next day (Day 5). Day 5: Changed my mist as it had been open for 12 months (switched to Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Mist). Due to moving on the 17th, I'll likely switch to COSRX blue pads after that. Nothing noteworthy otherwise. Day 6: Now I understand why it's one bottle per week. There's white residue (?) on the bottle's surface and bottom, as shown in the photos. I assume it's the initial powder. Mixing didn't help it dissolve or disappear. [Photos 2, 3: Surface residue (worse than shown)] Day 7: Used up everything I could. Opened a new bottle in the evening, and the texture was definitely more hydrating. It seems to oxidize faster over time. [Photo 4: Acne on cheeks (with redness)] Summary: Unlike the Isoi Blemish Serum, there's no alcohol evaporation feeling, but it absorbs quickly and feels fresh. However, I'm unsure about its effectiveness, and it seems to get thinner over time. It didn't irritate acne or wounds, but it did sting on a paper cut. It didn't sting on popped pimples. Honestly, I can't tell much difference in blemishes or skin tone. [Photos 4, 5: Packaging on delivery day] (I'll add more after using it for another week since I've only used it for one week so far)
ConsIt's extremely runny. When squeezed onto the back of my hand, it drips off, only nourishing my hand. As mentioned above, the scent is really unpleasant when applied while feeling dizzy. Also, it seems overpriced.
TipThe best application method seems to be squeezing it into your palm and immediately pressing it onto your skin.

It's somewhat like a honey and herbal scent (hard to describe precisely). I personally didn't like the scent. The fragrance lingers after application, and even my hands smelled of it, so I kept washing them after use. Pump ⭐️⭐️ The pump doesn't work properly. The formula is quite watery, so rather than dispensing it into my hand, I pumped it directly onto my face. However, if you tilt or lay down the bottle even slightly, the pump doesn't work correctly.
TipTruthfully, brightening products require consistent use to see results, and I've only used it for a week, so I haven't noticed any significant changes yet. If I see any improvements with continued use, I'll be sure to update! I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation, so I think it's worth using consistently.

It has an incredibly watery texture, feeling more like a toner than a serum. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I actually preferred this! It absorbs quickly and gives a feeling of quenching dryness. Brightening - I didn't notice significant brightening effects (possibly due to short usage time), but I did see overall skin improvement. It seemed to have wrinkle care benefits, making my skin feel softer! Hydration - Thanks to its watery texture, it's quite hydrating! However, those with dry skin might find it a bit lacking. As the seasons changed, my combination dehydrated skin routine became toner-serum-moisturizer. Despite being hydrating, it wasn't sticky at all, and I loved how it absorbed perfectly. The packaging is luxurious and would make a great gift. It really gives you that pampered feeling. Using a new ampoule after finishing the previous one (with a week's gap) made it feel even fresher and more effective!
ConsScent - Perhaps due to the Vitamin C content, it has a slightly metallic scent mixed with a citrusy note when applied. It wasn't overly bothersome, but as a Hwahae Tester, I felt I should mention even this small detail!

I loved the packaging - it felt like receiving a gift. It comes with a paper detailing the serum's key features and usage instructions. They use a dual-pump container to safely preserve the Vitamin C. I found this intriguing, as I've only used powder types before due to Vitamin C's instability. The formula has a runny consistency, so I applied it directly to my face by pumping. It absorbs quickly. I can't speak to its effectiveness as I stopped using it, but I plan to add more details later.
ConsI prefer unscented or naturally scented products, but I found the serum's fragrance too strong for my liking. While it claims to address deep dryness, it actually made my skin feel drier. Moreover, it didn't agree with my skin and caused blemishes, so I had to stop using it. I'm planning to give the remaining serum to my mom, who has less sensitive skin. I'll ask her about her experience and update my review later.
TipIf it doesn't work for your face, try using it on your body. Since it has a short shelf life, I've been generously applying it to my knees. While I haven't noticed any significant effects yet, it hasn't caused any issues on my body.
