In summer it's oily, but during seasonal changes and winter, I'm prone to tiny bumps due to dryness. My skin produces excess oil with the slightest bit of greasiness, but cracks immediately without it. While it's a 5-week kit and I wish I had more time to use it before reviewing, I'm pleased that it didn't cause any major blemishes on my super sensitive skin. That alone is a huge plus, given how reactive my skin usually is. For my combination dehydrated skin, it felt comfortably matte in summer, but those with dry skin might find it a bit drying in fall or winter. However, it felt comfortable on my combination dehydrated skin. The tiny bumps seemed to subside quickly. The visible vitamin powder particles were somehow reassuring. It's great that this brightening product can be used during daytime outings too!
ConsThose with dry skin types might feel some dryness, and while it's a brightening product, I didn't notice any significant whitening effect. Other than that, I didn't find any drawbacks.
TipAfter applying this, following up with a hydrating cream or emulsion provided just the right balance.

Storage/Packaging: Unlike many vitamin serums that often oxidize and require refrigeration, this one-week supply is conveniently disposable after use. No leftovers, no fuss! The included user-friendly instructions are a nice touch too. 2. Scent: I've tried many vitamin serums with that distinct tangy or zesty scent, which I'm not a fan of. They often smell like, well, something unpleasant to me. But this product? No such scent at all! 3. Absorption: The watery texture absorbs instantly - it's gone in about 3 seconds! This could be both a pro and a con, as my skin feels dry right after. 4. Brightening: While this is the most crucial aspect, it's hard to judge after just a week when results typically show in 4-5 weeks. I can't confidently say my face looks noticeably brighter yet. I tried it on my sun-tanned hands as an experiment, but didn't see much improvement. I'll update after more use! For reference, I have sensitive, dry skin. The good news is, I didn't experience any blemishes during this week. I did notice some tiny bumps on my forehead, but I don't think it's related to this product. I'll keep using it and update my review!
Cons1. Packaging: The pump is frustratingly difficult to use. My finger hurts from trying! Not sure if I got a faulty one, but it dispenses in tiny drops instead of a smooth flow. It takes about 50 pumps for one use. 2. Brightening: I haven't noticed any brightening effects yet. My skin tone hasn't changed, and my dark spots remain the same. I've been using it morning and night, but I'll update after more use!
TipIf you have dry skin, it's absolutely essential to follow up with a moisturizer. For those with sensitive skin, mix the product after opening and store it in the refrigerator!

When you first pump it, the capsules burst and turn into an ampoule, which I found really fascinating. Skin feels: The ampoule absorbs very quickly, leaving no residue. I love products that absorb well, so this texture was perfect for me. Hygiene: I appreciated that it's in a pump format, which makes it more hygienic. Also, the concept of using one bottle per week for a total of 5 weeks was quite innovative.
ConsThe main drawback is that it's hard to dispense. It takes multiple pumps to get the product out, which is frustrating every time I use it. Also, perhaps because I've only used it for a week, I haven't seen any brightening effects yet. Lastly, it doesn't seem to address deep dryness very well. While I have combination skin, it tends to lean more towards dry in autumn and winter, so I need something that can tackle deep dryness. This product doesn't seem to do that effectively.

I was over the moon when I found out I won. Thinking my mom would benefit more, I gifted it to her. So please note this review is based on my mother's experience. Firstly, this product contains vitamin. I learned that it's crucial to prevent oxidation in vitamin-based products. This one comes with the vitamin and serum layers separated, making it convenient to use. Each bottle lasts a week, and the amount is more generous than expected. The scent and texture are delightful. There's a slight tangy vitamin scent blended perfectly with another pleasant fragrance. The consistency is neither too thin nor sticky, absorbs well, and leaves the skin feeling hydrated. It works great in a routine of toner/skin - vitamin C serum - moisturizer. It's also hygienic. Using one bottle per week is just right and allows for clean usage.
ConsThe steep price After receiving this product, I immediately looked up its price online. It's quite expensive... While I was lucky to receive it through a giveaway, repurchasing might be challenging. The product is good, but I'm not sure it justifies the high price tag. Limited brightening effect I didn't notice a significant brightening effect. As a vitamin serum, I expected more in terms of brightening, but the results weren't particularly noticeable. It feels more like a hydrating serum. I've only used it for a week, so this might change - I'll update my review if I see improvements later on!
TipPress the product twice to mix the vitamin powder with the serum! After pressing, make sure to shake it well before use!

Hydration: Average Scent: Citrus This review is after using a small bottle of ampoule for a week. Usage method: After cleansing, I used the Dokdo toner as an exfoliating toner once, then gently patted it into my skin. Afterwards, I lightly applied the Longi serum. I started this Hwahae test during a time when I was getting frequent blemishes from wearing masks and had to visit a dermatologist for extractions. So, while visiting the dermatologist, I avoided wearing makeup as much as possible. Although I can't pinpoint exactly how this ampoule contributed to my skin's natural healing process, I can say that I didn't experience any additional blemishes.
ConsWhile there weren't any major drawbacks, I believe most people use vitamin-containing ampoules with expectations for brightening effects. Unfortunately, I couldn't really notice any significant improvements in that area.
TipGently pat the product into your skin two to three times in thin layers, and remember to shake well before use.

During use: It applies smoothly, absorbs well, and leaves a beautiful glow on the face! After use: I used only the Dermatory gauze pads and L'ONGÉ Intensive Beet C Ampoule Serum for nighttime care for a week. While L'ONGÉ Intensive Beet C Ampoule Serum is described as strong for brightening and targeting dark spots, I didn't expect much in terms of skin repair. However! After applying it at night and washing my face in the morning, I felt my skin looked clearer than the day before, and my dull skin seemed revitalized! You might think, 'Really? After just one use? Impossible.' I thought the same! So I compared photos from the previous day, and there was a difference! You'll notice the difference in the photos too! The first photo was taken at 11 PM, and the next day's photo at 9:30 AM. (The glow in the nighttime photo is due to backlighting.) The Dermatory product I used alongside is one I regularly use, but combined with the L'ONGÉ product, the effect was amazing for me! My damaged skin barrier definitely felt restored. After a week of use, I feel like my skin recovers faster. The description mentions that vitamin C strengthens the skin's natural defenses against stress - maybe that's the effect? To summarize: This product seems great for tired skin care, especially during these times when mask-wearing is a part of daily life!
ConsThe downside is that as a Hwahae Tester, I had a limited time to write this review. Using the product for only a week out of its 5-week program means I couldn't fully experience the brightening and anti-wrinkle effects it emphasizes. Downsides after a week of use / Why 4 stars: - While it's said to address deep dryness and provide hydration, it's still dry for those with dry skin - The scent wasn't to my liking. It's not overpowering, but it's definitely a love-it-or-hate-it fragrance. I'm in the 'hate it' camp - The price... No matter how good the product is, it feels very burdensome to me in terms of cost
TipIt's a one-week program per bottle, but in my case, I used 3-4 pumps each time and still have some left.

Scent: It has a refreshing tangerine scent mixed with a basic skincare fragrance. Personally, I enjoyed it, but the scent is quite strong, so those with sensitive skin should be cautious. Absorption: I generally dislike products that leave a sticky residue after application. While this product isn't intensely hydrating, I appreciated that it didn't leave a sticky feeling on the skin's surface. Packaging: The product comes in a beautifully packaged box with an elegant ribbon, giving it a luxurious feel. The neat arrangement of the products inside adds to the premium impression. (You know how fancy packaging can make a product seem more appealing!)
ConsEffectiveness: I've been using this product deliberately from the day it arrived until today, the review deadline (about a week, as shipping was slightly delayed). Unfortunately, the effects are minimal. There might be a slight improvement in skin elasticity compared to not using it, but it's barely noticeable. I had hoped for brightening effects due to the vitamin content, but I didn't see any results. That's somewhat disappointing. Pump: The pump is extremely inconvenient. It takes over 10 pumps to dispense just a few drops. This constant pumping leaves residue inside the ampoule bottle, which was frustrating to deal with. Caution: After using this product for about a week, I noticed a few small blemishes appearing. Since this ampoule was the only change in my routine, it's likely the cause. However, as it's also the changing season, I can't be entirely certain. Those with super sensitive skin should be cautious when using this product. Overall: (Very personal opinion) I believe ampoules are products you invest in for your skin, so they should be worth the investment even if expensive and in small quantities. However, this ampoule doesn't have any standout features. (The blemishes could also be due to my skincare routine.) I don't think I would repurchase this product.

Each bottle contains a small amount, which lasted about a week - perfect for using up fresh cosmetics. I particularly appreciated this for vitamin-based products, as I've heard they're best used quickly after opening. The brightening moisturizer has a great texture and absorbs well. Since I often expose my hands to sunlight while driving or being outdoors, I generously applied it to the back of my hands. It's light enough to use on hands without feeling heavy, with good absorption and application.
ConsThe biggest drawback is... the ingredients. I usually opt for products without concerning ingredients, so I'm a bit worried about the fragrances and other cautionary components in this one. Especially the scent... I'm not sure why fragrance needs to be added, I think it would be better unscented. Also, since I've only used it for about a week, I can't really tell if there's any brightening effect. Lastly, as someone with extremely dry skin, it feels slightly drying for me.

The packaging is quite luxurious. It's my first time using Longi, and the main difference from traditional ampoules is that the powder and liquid are separate. You need to press the pump to mix them before use, which is a novel approach. The pump design ensures cleanliness, and it applies with a nice moisturizing feel. I didn't experience any blemishes, the absorption is good, and it provides decent hydration.
ConsFirst off, the pump isn't particularly user-friendly, and there's a bit of hassle in having to mix the powder and ampoule. Since I haven't used it for long, the brightening effects are minimal, and it doesn't really address deep dryness. Also, the price point is quite high, which makes me hesitant to use it liberally.

However, as mentioned, because it's water-based, you need to dispense small amounts at a time, otherwise it might drip off your hand! The scent is a subtle natural fragrance similar to Innisfree products, so it's unlikely to be polarizing. Packaging The pump design is hygienic, and it's packaged in small weekly portions. While it might be a bit inconvenient, using freshly 'manufactured' ampoules right before application seems beneficial for the skin, which I found most satisfying. Skin feels About a minute after application (once it's fully absorbed), there's no sticky residue, which I really like. I dislike products that leave a sticky feeling, but this one doesn't, so I'm pleased with that.
ConsHydration It feels moisturizing right after application. However, it doesn't seem to provide deep hydration. For someone with dry skin like me, this product alone wouldn't be enough to get through seasonal changes and winter. Brightening To be fair, I've only used it for about a week, so it's hard to call this a drawback. Even the clinical trials observed results after 4 weeks. It's not that there's no brightening effect, but maybe my expectations were too high. I didn't see the dramatic results I had imagined (like applying a brightening moisturizer).
TipI recommend applying it in a light, thin layer and suggest using it in the evening!! (since it contains Vitamin C) For those with dry skin, I recommend following up with a light layer of cream.
