- gz********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 17, 2025
The skin absorbs it well, and if the toner is used incorrectly, there is a high probability of the skin becoming oily and acne-prone, but this toner is not like that, and the part that just adequately fills the skin's moisture is good. This toner would be good for someone with combination skin to use. When using the toner inlet with a single central hole, the solution can sometimes get on the container around it, and if this solution hardens, it turns white, which is not very aesthetically pleasing. Scoop out an appropriate amount, then wipe the outlet where the solution comes out. - rh*******Oily SkinApr 14, 2025
There's absolutely nothing good to say about this. Generally, with cosmetics, you can get a good idea of the product by looking at the first 3-4 ingredients on the list. For this product, it's purified water, butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, and glycerin. I'd guess these make up over 98% of the product. The ingredients listed after these are likely not present in high enough concentrations to have any real effect. Let's look at this product solely from the perspective of an exfoliant. The active ingredients are: AHA: 0.05% citric acid BHA: 0.01% salicylic acid PHA: 0.01% lactobionic acid First off, citric acid is the least effective AHA, and it's only at 0.05%. For effective AHA exfoliation, products typically use glycolic acid. If you look at products from The Ordinary, Sidmool, or Paula's Choice, they usually contain 3-10% glycolic acid. That's the concentration needed for dead skin cell removal. For BHA, you need about 0.1-0.3% for effective exfoliation. PHA is similar to AHA in terms of concentration requirements. These 0.01-0.05% concentrations are like adding a drop of sesame oil to a lake. It's completely ineffective for exfoliation, I'm afraid. - wl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMar 1, 2025
As someone with acne-prone skin that's prone to flaking, I'm thrilled that this product effectively removes dead skin cells! I honestly can't think of any downsides to this product. - sj******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedFeb 22, 2025
It seems to be great for balancing oil and moisture levels in the skin with its AHA and BHA ingredients Applying this alone feels a bit lacking in hydration. It might be better to layer it with other products - 7j********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedFeb 18, 2025
It's really effective at calming the skin. I recommend keeping it in the fridge and applying it cold for best results. It tends to form a bit of a foam-like texture, but if you can overlook that, it's pretty good. - rx********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 29, 2025
Excellent cleansing effectiveness, thoroughly purifies the skin's surface The toner pads appear to be slightly more effective - 1s**********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJan 12, 2025
I use this whenever my skin texture gets too rough. It applies like water without any rich feeling and absorbs well. When I massage it into my skin, it creates a foam-like effect. It was effective in improving my skin texture. I thought it might work on blackheads or whiteheads, but unfortunately it didn't. It seems to be good only for improving skin texture. - kv********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 30, 2024
It's not quite like water, but it's so silky smooth that it spreads and absorbs beautifully on the skin. I wish it were fragrance-free. The mint scent is subtle, but personally, I'm not a fan... - ha*********Combination SkinRecommendedDec 26, 2024
Recommended for combination dehydrated skin. Gently exfoliates dead skin cells. Slows down blackhead buildup. Pores seem to have shrunk... Nothing negative to report. No blemishes and it's hydrating, making it great for daily use. I apply it as an exfoliating toner using thin cotton pads. I use it as an exfoliating toner every evening, applying it with thin cotton pads.
