Among vegan products, this was the best for me. I'm quite satisfied. If you're curious about trying vegan skincare but feeling unsure, I'd recommend giving this a shot. However, if you have dry skin, you might want to skip this one. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found it a bit drying and it tended to settle into fine lines. The staying power was average, I'd say. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 4, 2024
I mistakenly bought this thinking it was Dew Jelly! On the bright side, I'm pleased it's vegan, and the color matches my skin well. The packaging is also fresh and pretty. As someone with dry skin, I feel a bit of dryness after application. You need to be careful when touching up, applying small amounts at a time. It tends to clump and doesn't seem to wear off gracefully. When touching up, avoid putting too much product on the puff. Instead, use small amounts and gently pat it on. This helps reduce clumping. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 26, 2023
Low in harmful ingredients and gentle on the skin. While it offers no coverage, that's part of its charm. I've gone through over ten of these. It doesn't cake or feel heavy, and it gives a subtle, natural brightening effect. Provides absolutely no coverage. When it breaks down, it can settle into pores. The original puff that comes with it is subpar. It works great with a Pily Mily cushion puff. Toss out the original puff it comes with. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 29, 2023
The coverage is great! It's not too drying and quite usable. On my skin, it breaks down quickly. It also makes dead skin cells visible and comes off easily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 6, 2023
The coverage becomes truly beautiful after about two applications. Even the lightest shade doesn't look overly bright, but gives a natural, luminous effect. I like how it feels lightweight on the skin. It tends to break down slightly after some time. For my skin, this cushion seems best suited for spring and autumn use. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 16, 2023
It absorbs well, leaving the skin moisturized and soft. Great for daily use and very convenient. The shade is a bit light for me, but shade 2 would be too dark, which is disappointing. When it breaks down, it tends to settle into pores, which is a bit of a letdown. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 2, 2022
1. The case is pretty 2. The puff is quite dense and bouncy 3. It gives a subtle glow right after application 4. It's a vegan cushion Here's a completely honest review... 1. It breaks down messily 2. It starts pilling from the moment you apply it 3. The coverage is poor. It barely covers even shallow acne scars 4. Sometimes my cheeks feel itchy right after applying the cushion, which was disappointing 5. Both I, with dry skin, and my friend with oily skin felt that the cushion breaks down messily and lacks adherence to the skin... There are many other good cushions out there, so buy something else... I bought it because it's vegan cosmetics and Seulgi advertised it, but it's just dry and has no advantages... The best tip is not to buy it... If you pat with the puff, it gets stuck in your pores... It might be better to swipe the puff across your skin instead... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 30, 2022
* I have fair skin that can use shades 21-19, with a slight redness, some blemishes, and sensitive skin. (It quickly turns red and itchy if a product doesn't suit me) I have a cool undertone :) 1. Hydration - I have dry skin, not extremely dry, but I feel tightness after washing my face and need to use a rich cream in winter to prevent my skin from turning white and flaky. I usually prefer cushions or foundations with a semi-matte finish. That's why I typically focus on thorough skincare before makeup, but with this cushion being quite moisturizing, you don't need to put in as much effort into your base routine. It's not so dewy that it slides around, but if you're concerned about this, you might want to lightly set it with some powder when finishing up :) I felt this would be really nice for those with dry skin. 2. Beautiful Packaging - The packaging itself is really pretty. I even thought 'Wow, I really want this!' just looking at the case. The opening mechanism was a bit confusing at first, but now I'm using it comfortably. The large mirror inside is also great. 3. Pore Coverage - Since it's called a 'Cover Cushion', it does a pretty good job of covering pores. However, larger blemishes were harder to conceal, so I needed a bit of concealer. 4. Doesn't Transfer Much to Masks - I think this is essential in these mask-wearing times. Despite being moisturizing, it surprisingly doesn't transfer much to masks! 1. Large Case - It's pretty, but it's also quite big. While you probably won't lose it, it might be a bit inconvenient for those who like to carry their makeup without a bag. 2. Puff - When I first applied it with the included puff, my makeup crumbled and clumped terribly. If you're going to use the included puff, I recommend pressing and sliding rather than patting. The included puff is really not good. 3. Coverage - Being a moisturizing cushion, it has low coverage. Despite being called a 'Cover Cushion', I definitely needed concealer. It tends to break down around the nose area. I really recommend changing the puff when applying. The included puff is truly disappointing... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 4, 2022
I loved that it's a vegan product with gentle ingredients. When I used this, I didn't experience any itchiness on my face, and no blemishes appeared. I have cool-toned skin around shade 19 to light 21, and the color matched beautifully, giving me a radiant complexion. Surprisingly, it doesn't transfer much onto masks, which is great. Even in the peak of summer, it held up quite well with a fixer and powder. The downside is that there are no refill options available. Also, I bought it thinking it was semi-glow, but it's closer to semi-matte. While you could achieve a glowy skin look by applying hydrating base products, I found that this approach made the makeup break down faster on my skin, so I can't really recommend it. Additionally, it's a bit concerning that they claim to be vegan but use plastic packaging. I understand there might not be suitable alternatives for cushion cases yet, but still... If you have fair skin with cool undertones, you absolutely need to try this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 2, 2021
Great ingredients! I found out it's certified vegan by Eve Vegan in France. I was looking for a cushion with good ingredients due to my sensitive skin, and I decided to buy this one based on Director Pi's recommendation. It definitely doesn't cause any blemishes. I think I just need to replace the puff regularly. Apart from the ingredients, there are many aspects I find disappointing. It's not compact - it rattles around, feels heavy, and the parts separate easily. The design seems prone to breaking. For some reason, it doesn't sit well on my skin. Even though I applied my skincare carefully, it broke down terribly, which was shocking. Could it be because of wearing a mask? It transfers easily too! While the dewy finish can be a plus, it might also be a drawback for some. I won't be repurchasing, unfortunately.
