💗I am around shades 13-17 of summer cool light (can be used with summer mute tones)💗 It applies smoothly and softly with a matte finish, and there is not too much emphasis on dry skin. The calming purple-pink color suits me well - it's not too deep, which I like. It seems to be the most suitable color for summer mute tones. I was able to wear it alone, but it would also work well as a base lip color for cool-toned people. With a quick swipe of the fingers, it creates a beautiful and natural-looking overlip.
Cons

Wow, it's so pretty! This is the first time I've tried the Petal Tassel, and I'm not sure why I didn't buy it sooner. It looks beautiful when applied as a base overline, with a color that's like a rose but also a bit pink. It's lovely.
Cons
If you don't control the application well, it can look a bit clumpy. Zero Velvet is known for that, but it's still pretty great.

The color is so, so beautiful ㅠㅠ When I applied it, a pink-tinted milky color came out, but my friend said the product looked a bit more reddish on her. I guess the color can appear differently depending on each person's lip tone. But when you apply it, everyone says it looks really pretty. I highly recommend it!
Cons
