It gives my skin a slightly velvety feel with a bright finish. The color is perfect for use as a base, and its staying power is incredible. Even though my lips tend to have a lot of dead skin cells, I can wear this all day without any flaking. While it doesn't keep my lips moisturized, it doesn't make them look unsightly either, which I really appreciate. There's not much to complain about. If I had to say something, it does wear off when eating, but that's to be expected. After it's completely dry and you've confirmed it won't smudge, try applying a brighter shade on top. As someone with a light undertone, I've tried this. However, it might be a bit dark for those with muted tones, especially if you're like me and fall between cool and muted. For those in that category, it might be too dark. I'm using a small amount as a base. It tends to separate like yogurt and slightly sits on the skin. Unfortunately, it really emphasizes dead skin cells. This is a must-have for winter cuties! The color is perfect for those with cool undertones - it's so pretty. It's ideal as a base lip color. It tends to emphasize dead skin cells quite a bit, and while it does fill in fine lines, it doesn't seem to do so very effectively. The color is absolutely gorgeous. Just as it says 'velvet', it sits on my lips like it was made for them. Hmm, you'll definitely want to exfoliate those dead skin cells from your lips before applying. The perfect shade with a light undertone. It really brings your face to life if you have cool undertones! I heard it's being discontinued soon... So disappointing! What am I going to use now?

Despite being a velvet tint, it doesn't dry out my lips at all. And as you can see in the photos, the staying power is absolutely mind-blowing. I'm already on my third tube of this tint! It's truly velvety! After neutralizing your lip color with foundation or cushion, using this as a point makeup looks absolutely gorgeous! If your makeup has even a slight warm undertone, this shade doesn't quite harmonize. I wish it had a bit more of a peachy hue to it. The lip color application turns out beautifully. Even though I have cool undertones and don't usually wear this shade, it makes me look calm and sophisticated, so I use it every day. It applies with great pigmentation without feeling excessive. I'm prone to dead skin cells on my lips, but this doesn't cause that issue. Seems like Rom&nd really knows how to make lip products. Nothing particularly bad. If I had to mention something, maybe the ingredients? I used it without realizing there were some cautionary ingredients. Since it has great pigmentation, apply just a little bit.
