  There are absolutely no good points, seriously... My hair condition has improved a lot since I started using the natural shampoo bar I used to use, but after using this product, I really had a hellish experience.

  This is based entirely on my own experience. I saw the internet advertisement and bought it with my own money to try it. I'm old enough now to not tell lies. When washing my hair, the product lathers well, but the pain starts when rinsing it out. The lather transforms into a sticky substance that clings to my hair. It makes my hair feel extremely stiff, and even using a hair treatment doesn't help - the shampoo seems to negate the effects of the treatment. I've tried using hair essence or oil to fix the stiffness, but that just makes the situation worse, with the oil not absorbing into my hair and just making a mess. People have started asking if I've gotten a perm, since my naturally curly hair looks so strange. No matter how much I blow-dry, my hair won't fully dry. Styling is completely out of the question - even just using my hands to shape my usual curl pattern doesn't work anymore. Trying to brush it is futile, as the brush gets stuck in the tangled mess of shampoo, treatment, and essence. I had no choice but to wash my hair with my regular shampoo for 3 days straight to finally get back to normal.
