My hair had improved so much with the natural shampoo bar I was using before, but this... this made me experience true hair hell.
ConsI don't even want to give this one star. It doesn't deserve any stars at all. I literally experienced hair hell with this product. After washing my hair and applying my usual treatment, then drying it as normal, all the softness from yesterday completely disappeared. My hair felt like I'd washed it with regular soap - sticky and tangled. When I tried to comb it with my fingers while drying, it got even more tangled and started breaking. It also took forever to dry. All day long, touching my hair just made me feel like I was ruining it more. The sticky, tangled feeling made me not want to touch my hair at all. By nighttime, my scalp seemed even greasier than usual. I absolutely do not recommend this product. The only silver lining is that I bought it on a 70% sale at Olive Young for around $2. If I had paid full price, I would have hated myself for it. It seems that in times like these, Korean products are the way to go rather than Japanese ones. Long live Korea!

The shampoo is called 'Scalp Focus'. It might be suitable for those with extremely oily scalps and short hair, but if you have long hair and a normal scalp, steer clear of this product. If you care about your hair even a little, this is absolutely not the product for you.
ConsThis is 100% based on my personal experience. I bought this with my own money after seeing an online advertisement. I'm old enough to know better than to lie. The trouble starts when you rinse. The lather transforms into a sticky substance that clings to your hair. It makes your hair so stiff that even hair treatments can't penetrate. The shampoo completely nullifies the effects of any conditioner. When you try to remedy the stiffness with hair essence or oil, it's a disaster. The oil doesn't absorb, it just sticks to your hair. If you have naturally curly hair, people will ask if you've just had a perm. No matter how long you blow-dry, your hair won't dry properly. It takes three times as long as usual to get your hair somewhat dry. Forget about styling - even if you usually only need to scrunch your hair to define your curls, nothing works with this. Your hair is so stiff you can't even run a comb through it. What's worse, all the product build-up combined with dust comes off on your comb like grime. I had to wash my hair for three consecutive days with my regular shampoo to finally get my hair back to normal.
TipAs one reviewer mentioned, this might be okay for teenage boys with oily skin explosions or adults with extremely oily scalps and short hair. However, if you have long hair, you're likely to experience three days of hair nightmare like I did.
