Absorption: ★★★☆ I expected an ultra-hydrating texture given its reputation, but it's not as fluid or spreadable as I thought it would be. 2. Absorption: ★★★★★ It absorbs incredibly well. While it's not as easy to spread as regular moisturizers due to its thicker consistency, it absorbs effortlessly. Surprisingly, it leaves a soft, powdery finish after absorption. It's moisturizing yet doesn't leave an oily residue. It's fascinating, and I can't quite explain why... Those who've tried it will know exactly what I mean! 3. Hydration: ★★★★ As mentioned, after it's fully absorbed, it doesn't feel greasy but has a soft finish. I thought I'd need to layer it again later, but surprisingly, it wasn't that dry. I guess it's because it tackles deep dryness so well. Honestly, despite the high price, I think it's worth buying. Celimax often offers samples and sales, so don't miss those opportunities to try it. While it doesn't have specific soothing properties, it addresses deep dryness without leaving an overly oily or wet feeling, making it perfect for this time of year.
ConsThe narrow opening can be a bit frustrating at times, but as someone who appreciates cleanliness and dislikes messy applications, I'm really enjoying using it.

I loved that this cream isn't overly hydrating! The tube packaging also made it cleaner to use compared to regular creams. It seems to moisturize well too! My face used to feel tight all the time, but it felt less so after applying this. However, it might not be enough for those with extremely dry skin!
ConsWhile I appreciated the tube packaging, the opening is frustratingly small. This is a major issue for me since I tend to use a generous amount of cream. I think it would be difficult to use this product alone as your main moisturizer!

Highly sensitive skin that turns red easily with minimal friction. Despite having dry skin, I don't like products that feel heavy or greasy on the skin. I prefer a light and fresh feeling after application. Usage period: 11/10/20 - 11/19/20 Scent: Nearly fragrance-free, neutral. Texture and absorption: It's a cream, but not as thick as typical creams. Consistency is between a hydrating moisturizer and a rich cream. Skincare routine: 1. Round Lab: 1025 Dokdo Toner (3-skin method) 2. Aromatica: Organic Aloe Vera Gel 3. TONYMOLY: Dr. Ohkims Sukratenol Recover Serum 4. Beyond: Angel Aqua Moisture Cream 5. Celimax: Dual Barrier Skinwearable Cream I liked that after sleeping with the Dual Barrier Cream, my skin didn't feel dry or tight when I woke up. Also, as I have sensitive skin that's prone to flare-ups, I was pleased that it didn't cause any blemishes or small bumps on areas without existing redness or blemishes. However, since everyone's skin is different even with similar skin types, I recommend patch testing on a small area before full application.
ConsAfter applying it to areas with redness and blemishes and sleeping overnight, I woke up to find those areas even redder than usual in the morning. It doesn't seem to help calm redness or blemishes. When I finished my routine with just the Celimax cream after applying serum or essence, my face became greasy and felt a bit stuffy and heavy. For those with oily skin, it might feel suffocating and could potentially clog pores, leading to breakouts. I wouldn't recommend this for people with oily skin, those who dislike rich textures, or for use during summer.
TipI recommend first applying a light hydrating moisturizer and letting it absorb fully, then applying this cream only to areas that need extra moisture. Personally, I found it worked well when I applied it to dry areas around my eyes and used it to lock in essence after a sheet mask, patting it gently into those specific areas for added hydration.

I initially bought this through a Wadiz funding campaign, thinking I wouldn't win the tester opportunity. Surprisingly, I was selected as a tester too, so I gave one product to my sister! Since we have different skin types, I can provide a more comprehensive review. My skin type: Sensitive, acne-prone, combination dehydrated skin. Application: It spreads well with a rich texture. However, applying too much can feel heavy and potentially clog pores (though it doesn't cause milia). Effectiveness: Initially, a thin layer all over my face left my cheeks feeling dry. So, I applied it all over before bed and layered extra on my dry U-zone (cheeks + chin). Woke up without any dryness. While I'm unsure about its effect on blemishes, it didn't cause breakouts and provided ample hydration. I really appreciate the hygienic tube packaging instead of a jar. Recommendation: 5 stars Reason: It's challenging to find creams suitable for sensitive skin as many cause milia. This one works well with my super sensitive skin, hence the recommendation. My sister's review (dry-leaning combination skin): Layering this barrier cream over a moisturizer provides noticeable hydration and moisture to the face. Recommendation: 5 stars Reason: If it works well for my sensitive-skinned sister, it's likely suitable for anyone.
ConsCan't use it before makeup! I prefer a matte finish, but this cream leaves finger marks and transfers heavily onto masks. It also feels somewhat heavy when applied under makeup.
TipRather than using it alone, make sure to apply a hydrating essence or moisturizer beforehand! This helps balance the oil and moisture, leaving your face wonderfully hydrated!
