  Pros

  It's great for approaching skin that has become sensitive due to side effects after fractional laser treatment. It's lightweight and gentle on the skin.

  Cons

  While overall reviews aren't great, as a current user with dehydrated skin and poor skin layers resulting in combination skin on the surface, this product seems to manage my skin the best. My blemishes have noticeably decreased, and the redness on my face has significantly reduced.

  Tip

  Daily cleansing can be drying, so I cleanse in the evening while removing makeup, and in the morning, I gently wipe away overnight sebum and dust with a cleansing water.

  It's a cleansing water, but it's incredibly light and refreshing. This makeup remover is absolutely invigorating!

  I bought this on recommendation from an Olive Young employee. While it doesn't have extraordinary cleansing effectiveness, I was quite satisfied. It's good for gently removing light makeup. It felt so mild, almost like water, that I sometimes did a double cleanse. Still, it removed my makeup well and left my skin feeling fresh. I'm currently on my third purchase, including refills!

  Cons

  Don't expect it to remove eye makeup - it's really just for face makeup. Using it with cotton pads to remove eye makeup can be irritating and not very effective. Also, I found myself using a lot of cotton pads while using this product. Perhaps because it's so light, my skin felt quite dry after use.

  Tip

  After using this, follow up with a cleansing foam and quickly apply your skincare products! It can be drying!

  Pros

  At first, I used too many cotton pads and wasn't sure if everything was removed. I kept wiping, thinking I'd never buy a cleansing water again. But as I used it more, I got the hang of it and ended up using fewer pads and less product! It removes makeup well, though I use a separate eye makeup remover. I used to use cleansing oil, but even then I removed eye makeup separately. Some people complain about its cleansing power when it doesn't remove eye makeup, but that's not really what this product is for - it's meant for removing face makeup. In my opinion, the cleansing effectiveness is good. It works well even with long-lasting foundation, and I didn't experience any blemishes from using it. The price is reasonable, especially with frequent sales. It leaves my skin feeling fresh!

  As someone with dry skin, I feel like I don't need something this refreshing in winter. I'm also concerned that rubbing with cotton pads might be too irritating when my skin is sensitive. Since I also use cotton pads when applying toner, I worry it might be too much stimulation for my face.

  Tip

  When I first started using it, I thought it wasn't removing everything even after using 10 cotton pads, so I tried applying it directly to my face like cleansing oil, followed by foam cleansing. Now, I can remove everything with just 5 pads. Here's my technique: Use one 5-ply cotton pad! First, saturate the pad generously with the product. Then, separate it into two parts. Use two layers to wipe half your face, then use the remaining layer for a final wipe over your entire face. When using the two layers for each half, wipe once, then flip and wipe again. This way, nothing comes off on the final pad. After this, I follow up with a foam cleanser for double cleansing, and everything comes off perfectly! The key is to really soak the cotton pad!
