When used with a cotton pad, its cleansing effectiveness is incredible, and it doesn't irritate my eyes much, so I really loved using it! I've tried other cleansing waters, but the cleansing power of this one is noticeably different - it removes makeup so well! While it's best to use an eye makeup remover for mascara, this does a decent job with that too. The reason I stopped repurchasing was because I started to feel some dryness. An Olive Young employee mentioned that cleansing with water can dry out the skin, and thinking about it, I realized that might be true...? Also, you're supposed to gently wipe with a cotton pad, but I kept finding myself applying more pressure... So I decided to try cleansing products that wouldn't irritate my skin! I've been trying cleansing gels and creams... I guess you could say I'm a cleansing nomad now. Anyway, this is the product I've repurchased the most in my life, so I'm giving it 5 stars. After trying various cleansing products, I've found that while cleansing oils do clean gently, they can cause blemishes and clog pores if not emulsified properly or if not completely removed. Cleansing waters seem to be the most convenient, versatile, and least likely to cause skin issues! I recommend this product! There wasn't anything particularly bad about it! Great for sensitive skin as it's non-irritating. Unlike some cleansers that can be extremely drying and harsh, this one doesn't cause any of those issues. While it's not as expensive as high-end cosmetics, it would be nice if the price was a bit lower... Instead of using a cotton pad, I recommend applying it generously with your hands to remove makeup. Effective cleansing with easy application. No blemishes and no need for additional face washing. There's not really anything to complain about, except when I took the whole bottle on a trip, the product leaked. Soak some cotton pads with the product and pack them in a ziplock bag. It reduces luggage and is super handy for travel.

You don't need to wipe repeatedly - makeup comes off easily in just one or two swipes. After cleansing, the feeling of dryness is noticeably less compared to other cleansing waters. Usually, after using a cleansing water, my skin feels rapidly dehydrated, making me want to quickly switch to a foam cleanser. However, this product is so hydrating that I don't experience that sensation. Being fragrance-free, it's comfortable to use. Highly recommended for those with sensitive or combination dehydrated skin! I had no issues while using the product. The only slight drawback is that the lid seems a bit flimsy. It broke rather quickly compared to how long I've been using the product. Other than that, no complaints! I love that the scent isn't overpowering and it removes makeup effectively. It's gentle, and my skin doesn't feel overly dry after cleansing. For a water-based cleanser, its cleansing effectiveness is absolutely fantastic! It quickly removes mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick, so on those days when I'm too lazy to use a separate lip and eye remover or when I'm just exhausted and want to remove my makeup before bed, this one product does it all... It's a lifesaver! Plus, while I'm not sure if it's considered a non-irritating product for everyone, it works really well for me, which I love. Like many cleansing waters, this product really stings my eyes. If even a tiny bit gets in, it immediately causes a burning sensation. You can buy a pad container online or in stores, and when you pour the product into it, it's so convenient for those tired evenings when you just want to quickly cleanse and go to bed. It removes makeup cleanly without irritating sensitive skin. I've been using this product for years, and while other cleansing waters cause blemishes the very next day, this one doesn't cause any skin issues at all. It works hard for my super sensitive skin! I originally used the famous The Saem cleansing water, but I switched to this product. Unlike The Saem's, which left my skin feeling tight after cleansing, this one doesn't have that effect as much. The cleansing effectiveness is decent, and I haven't experienced any blemishes. I'm on my second bottle now! I definitely plan to repurchase. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. Overall, it's a solid, reliable choice. I used to use cotton pads, but it seemed to irritate my skin too much. I'm really satisfied with how thoroughly it removes makeup. If you don't have particularly dry skin, this cleansing water alone might be enough for your post-makeup cleansing routine. I wish it came in a larger size. It runs out quicker than I expected.
